A mommy makeover typically involves a combination of breast enhancement surgery, a tummy tuck, and liposuction. Patients seek out my practices in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood because they’re looking for natural-looking results that restore their bodies to their pre-pregnancy form. The results can be dramatic and very satisfying for patients. They offer that “wow factor” that can rejuvenate a new mom, who is dealing with the after-effects that can come with the journey of childbirth and breastfeeding—from loose skin to hard-to-lose weight gain to changes to the breasts, like volume loss and sagging. Many patients describe it as a life-changing surgery that restores their confidence. Another potential result of pregnancy is diastasis recti, otherwise known as muscle separation of the abdomen. This can create a “pooch” in the lower stomach area that is impossible to rid of with exercise and diet alone; it can only happen by surgically repairing those muscles.

Breast augmentation has a very high satisfaction rate. Most of my patients in Beverly Hills and West Hollywood want to look as if they don’t have breast implants, and a natural-looking breast shape is very possible with careful planning and implant selection. During a consultation, we’ll discuss your goals and breast implant options, including saline or silicone implants of different sizes and shapes. For some patients, I also recommend combining augmentation with a breast lift for the best result. I specialize in all types of breast enhancement surgery at my Los Angeles practice, including breast reduction, breast implant revisions, and tuberous breast correction. Fat transfer to the buttock, also called Brazilian butt lift surgery, or BBL, has grown in popularity over the past ten years. It takes incredible surgical skill to perform a BBL properly. My technique has evolved to ensure the safest outcomes for my patients. Knowing where to inject, the depth of injection and which cannulas to use has become critical in avoiding serious complications. Aesthetically, it's important to sculpt a well-proportioned waist-to-hip ratio, using liposuction. Creating well-shaped buttocks is more important than an oversized result. My goal is to safely give my Beverly Hills and West Hollywood patients an incredible, proportional hourglass figure.
