Every mommy makeover is unique, but it typically involves a combination of a tummy tuck and a breast enhancement surgery, such as a breast augmentation or a breast lift, with or without breast implants. Implant selection should be based on a combination of your desired size, soft tissue dynamics, breast base diameter, and skin elasticity. For patients with overly large and droopy breasts, which can cause back and neck pain, a breast reduction is similar to a lift—the only difference being how much breast tissue is removed. A tummy tuck removes the excess skin and fat from the upper and lower abdomen. In my Beverly Hills practice, I often also perform liposuction of the flanks to achieve a smoother contour of the waist and create the “Coke-bottle shape” many of my patients want. Motiva Breast Implants
I had the best experience and with Dr. Desai in Beverly Hills. I had Motiva breast implants in a sub facial plane above the muscle or in front of the muscle. I can’t begin to tell you how quickly my recovery was. I was back out of the house within three days and back to work. I barely took any pain medications. I can’t believe how quick and easy this procedure was when they were replacing the sub facial plane with these new motive implants. I just got back from a bachelorette party in Paso Robles, California where we went wine-tasting and I had the most perfect outfit and all of my girlfriends loved my look!
