I had so many of my friends see Dr. Desai for Motiva Preserve Preservè breast augmentation, and breast implants. I’ll start by saying I had my breast augmentation almost 8 years ago, April 2018. I gave birth to a baby April 2019 and here we are in 2026 and my breasts look amazing. I am an adult content creator, so my breasts are definitely on display. I have had multiple compliments virtually as well as in person throughout the years. my scars are extremely minimal under the breast. I’ve had at least 100 ladies tell me “gosh you must’ve paid upwards of 15,000 for those breasts” I didn’t, I paid 5000. I was always self conscious about my nose. I had a rhinoplasty 2 months ago with Dr. Desai. Surgery went super smooth with minimal pain and bruising. His staff and nurses were so kind to me.
