I smile every time I think about or see my new nose

I’m 5 months post op African American Rhinoplasty and I smile every time I think about or see my new nose. With each month I see more and more of an improvement. Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman were awesome. Procedure was explained thoroughly to me and all questions were answered. After care was even amazing. Only regret is not doing this sooner. No regrets and they really take pride in their African American Rhinoplasties.

Profiles gave me the nose of my dreams!

I got my nose done and buccal fat removed with profiles Beverly Hills and I’m sooo happy with my results. Everyday my nose is looking better and better as the swelling goes down. My nose is now straight! I never thought I could ever have a straight nose. I was so happy with the customer service and the bed side manner. They are so nice and very attentive. The whole process was so easy and they made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Litner and Dr. Solieman were so amazing from the consultation to the post op follow up. They gave me the exact nose I wanted! Highly recommend these Doctors!

Love my New Nose!

I wanted to get my nose fixed for years, I had a deviated septum, trouble breathing and a a droppy tip, dr litner and solieman were amazing from the consultation! It still took me a lot of time to think, if I wanna trust them with my face, I’m paranoid to begin with! After taking to two of my friends that went there and had the same procedures, saw the results and decided to do it! The entire office were super friendly and nice, especially Bahar! But overall the results are amazing! I can breath much better! And I love my new nose so much!! I get a lot of compliments from my friends about the change! But people who just met me after can’t believe I had a cosmetic surgery too, it looks natural and great! I totally recommend Beverly Hills profiles, the best Surgons in BH. Thank you again, Yoav :)

First Surgery - Ethnic Rhinoplasty

Dr. Jason and Dr. Solieman are such kind hearted men and they really care about their patients. When I was researching for a surgeon, I knew they both were the perfect doctors to fix my nose. I examined their past patients very very closely. I saw not only did they change the nose of their patients, but they made their patients look more attractive. When I went for my consultation they wanted to make sure that I was positive about going through with the surgery. They are not only about taking your coins haha. Every question that I had they answered without any hesitation. Their staff is wonderful as well. Updated on 13 Aug 2018: Today is the day of my surgery and I am nervous but more excited. Once I arrived for surgery I was immediately taken to the back with an anesteologist. She asked me simple questions like do i have on jewlery and other family members that went under the knife before. Then she took me to the back to change in to my scrubs and provide a urine sample. After that I talked to both Solieman and Litner. They asked me about using a very small piece of my ear just in case I dont have enough cartilage in my nose. It kinda freaked me out but I was so down for them doing whatever they needed to do to give me the perfect nose. Then the anesthesiologist took me to the back SURGERY TIME!!! She was very sweet to me and so was the nurses. Truly a caring staff. I knew for a fact that I was in great hands. Before I knew it I was out. When I woke up I felt a little tingly sentation in the tip of my nose and I had an ice pack over my face. It kind of freaked me out because I could hear voices but I could not see anything. This was my very first time waking up from anesthesia. The anesthesiologist removed the ice pack and had a heater on me to keep me warm. Before I knew it I was back home. I had took some pain killers with some yogurt and immediately the tingly sensation stopped. I am able to walk but just a tad bit wobbly. Next I did some red light therapy and I was fast asleep. Once I woke up the surgeons called to make sure that I was okay. Again like I said before a very caring staff. Then I took some pain killers and ducief at 6:30pm. In 4 more hours I will take the pain killers again and my sleeping pill. One thing that I am having trouble with is not bending over. In the folder they gave me you are instructed not to bend over. I am trying to avoid it as much as possible. Once I went to sleep I had an ice packet over my face. Updated on 13 Aug 2018: Today I woke up had yogurt. A lil more bruising then yesterday. Then I took my steroids, antibiotics, and pain meds in a bottle of water. Yuck! I would not do that again. EVER! I highly recommend everyone to get the Dale Nasal Dressing, if its not in your care package that Profiles provide. It is so convenient and holds the non adhasive gauze in place. It is way better then taping gauze to your face. I ordered my nasal dressing off amazon and i brought my gauze from Walgreens. Next I went to my first post op appointment with Dr. Solieman. He cleaned up my nose with perioxide and qtip. Then he removed the packaging from my nose. Next he sprayed the solution up my nose and instructed me to sniff. After that he put the ointment on my stiches around the inside of my nose. He was pretty suprised that he didn't see that much bruising on my face compared to other patients. It could be because i sleep so elevated or the red light therapy. I have the wedge that is 24 inches in height instead of 18 inches. Again brought it from amazon. He answered all the questions that i asked. Also he was shocked by how much energy I had. So he instructed me to take things a lil slow. Even though I feel perfectly fine that my body is still in the process of healing. Once i got home i was sound asleep. Then i took my antibiotics, pain meds, and steroids in some more yogurt. 4 hours later I had ice cream with my pain meds and sleeping meds. I should be icing my face a lot more but I think me sleeping so elevated helps a lot. Updated on 13 Aug 2018: Today I took my meds. I called my hair dresser because i need to get my hair done for an upcoming event. I wake up and shower. Then i run outside in the heat and grab the the mail. Once i come back inside i feel very lightheaded, dizzy, and nausea. I told my manager i feel like I am about to vomit. I try to run to the bathroom qnd yhen i faint. I was on the ground for q good 20-30 seconds. So happy i hit the back of my head. I bounced back up. My manager made me a sandwich and water. Before I knew it i was on mu way to the hair salon. By the way i love going out in public with my bandage. I returned home ordered some nasal spray from cvs and some more yogurt. As the night went on i ate hotdogs and I dreaded taking my last set of pills. I knew exactly why because it all came back up. I will definitely take the doc orders and take things easy and move slowly. Updated on 13 Aug 2018: Today I ran some errands with my manager. We stopped at Olive Garden to celebrate my Birthday. It was pretty hard to eat comfortably with the nasal dressing on. The last that i wanted to was remove it and disgust the people around me with blood nose. I asked the waiter to pack it up so i can enjoy my meal at home. Then i took my meds. Still had a little trouble with it settling on my stomach. I took a nap and when i woke up i hit my head on a chair in my room. I will advise to have a caregiver that is really alert and close to you. Updated on 13 Aug 2018: The drainage has stopped completely. I don't have to wear the gauze and the nasal dressing. I had my stitches removed as well as my cast. Make sure that you wash your face with warm water so its easier for them to remove it. The only thing really annoying at the moment is my mouth constantly being dry. It is wise to keep some liquids close by. Even though you only have to stay elevated for 2 weeks I prefer to stay elevated for a month.

The Only Stop for Revision Rhinoplasty.

What do you say about the surgeon that accomplished functionally and cosmetically what 5 other plastics/ENT surgeons across the US were unable to obtain and do it with patience, confidence and sincerity. My breathing issues and aesthetic complaints are gone after 21 years, a true blessing!! And aside from his unparalleled talent, he is the kindest and most attentive doctor I have ever met, and I work in a hospital as an NP. I guess I would say he is remarkable!

Great Surgeons

My results are fantastic and I'm only 1month post-op. When I have a concern it is addressed in a timely manner, and they are genuinely interested in my progress. I would definitely recommend this dynamic duo for their expertise in African American rhinoplasty.

Waited Too Long to Fix my Nose but I Love It Now!

My experience at Profiles with Dr Litner was very positive. The staff was friendly and available when I had questions. Dr Litner was kind and professional. During my consultation the Dr had a computerized image of what my nose would look like after rhinoplasty and it has been 9 months and my nose looks like the computerized image. I'm very happy that my nose looks natural and no one can tell I had surgery. Thank you Dr Litner!

Wish I Had Done This YEARS Ago! - Beverly Hills, CA

Dr Solieman and Dr Litner came highly recommended from a family member who had undergone primary rhinoplasty and was very pleased with the result. I had been unhappy with my nose since I was at school - yet never had the courage to do anything about it. I'm now 40! Once I had seen their work on my siblings nose, I was sure these Drs were the ones to help correct my crooked, droopy nose! We initially had a Skype consultation, after I'd sent lots of photos over and we 'met' via a webcam. From the onset, both Drs were kind, patient, honest and very considerate. They listened carefully to what I felt I needed and took the time to answer questions fully and really put me in the picture regarding the procedure and expected outcomes. As a clinician myself (and self confessed control freak) I needed lots of questions answered! I had my face to face consultation once I had landed in LA, with surgery the following day. I can honestly say it was a breeze; no need for the pain relief I had obtained. The clinical staff were nothing short of excellent and the Drs did an amazing job. It's only 6 weeks since my surgery, and I am already thrilled and very grateful to these talented, yet humble 'gentle men'. BTW, My husband did not want me to do this. He is also amazed at how much better it looks. Thanks so much!
