I came in not knowing what to expect. Everyone was so friendly and was able to explain the procedure from beginning to end and answer any questions I had. I expressed concerns with bruising and the Dr took extra steps to ensure less bruising. The procedure went quick and they played my favorite Taylor Swift songs.
