3 weeks ago I had a prophylactic bilateral mastectomy and Mansoor performed the immediate reconstruction surgery. I don't know how to thank him enough. I am still a little sore and bruised but the aesthetic results are already brilliant. After we discussed my expectations, I was expertly guided through making decisions as to the size and profile of the implants. Leaving the final decision to Mansoor, he came to theatre with 3 different profiles so he could choose, even at that stage the most appropriate. It made a lot of sense given he was following on from a oncological breast surgeon, and had no control as to the amount of skin or tissue would be left to work with. Well, all I can say is that this man is a genius. Perfect results.

He is an absolute gentlemen with an impeccable bedside manner. I had very high expectations, and he fulfilled all of them. From the moment I entered his surgery I knew I was in exceptional hands. His capacity to explain the surgical process to achieve the best outcome was outstanding. Having an inherited gene, Mansoor clarified that I would need 2 seperate surgeries, first a breast lift and then a prophylactic mastectomy. On the day of my first surgery I listened to Mansoor explaining in precise detail to a student doctor, exactly why and how all measurements were being taken for my reduction. Again his meticulous attention to detail gave me great confidence in his capacity to meet all my expectations. I am am now 6 weeks post my first surgery and I cannot fault his work. My gratitude to Mansoor however is not only for my excellent results, but that I am now relaxed and confident knowing that I am in in extremely capable and caring hands for my upcoming life changing surgery. Finally I wanted to thank Mansoor for treating me as a person, not just a patient. I have had several surgeries, but he is the only surgeon who held my hand all the way into the theatre and until I fell asleep. BIG PLUS!

Dr Mansoor Mirkazemi is a brilliant plastic surgeon. I have always been insecure with the dorsal hump on my nose and have considered Rhinoplasty for quite a while. I finally built up the courage to visit Dr Mansoor's rooms. From the initial consultation, I was put at ease and knew I was in good hands. Dr. Mirkazemi did an amazing job on my closed rhinsoplasty. He was very kind and informative throughout. The team at his office is great too. I had no qualms about the process as they ensured every base was covered prior to my surgery. Post surgery I also felt very looked after.

Extremely happy with my breast reduction. Went from a GG cup to probably a D or DD (haven’t been properly fitted yet). Had 643g removed from one breast and 512g from the other (total 1.16kg). Such a great shape already at 6 weeks post op. Perky
Simply the best surgeon around. I had the pleasure of meeting DR Mansoor 8-9 years ago when I first had breast implants. My breasts were amazing and I was extremely happy with them. Last year I decided to look into having my breasts lifted and the implants replaced as well as a tummy tuck with muscle repair. I recently underwent these procedures with this amazing surgeon and I can’t possibly be anymore happier. He has gone above and beyond and given me an even more amazing result than what I had expected. He’s changed my life. He’s kind and professional DR and his experience really speaks for itself.
I have wanted a breast reduction since I was 16. Its a shame I waited this long, it has been the best decision I have ever made! Having large breasts came with more cons than pros for me. The weight of them, the trouble finding bras that really fit, unwanted attention and comments regarding the size. I could go on and on. Honestly now, after the surgery I cant even think of ANY pros. I saw 2 surgeons before deciding on the 2nd. I do think it i worth seeing more than one surgeon before locking one in. The first surgeon I saw was amazing but I went with the 2nd because I felt like the consultation was more personal. My surgeon used words like 'for you' 'with your breasts' etc. Though it may sound small, it made a big difference in my decision. I didnt feel like just another set of breasts. I had my surgery a week ago today. Im finding that im healing alot quicker than I expected to. Day of the surgery I was very tender and swollen as expected. I do remember waking up from surgery and first thing looking down my gown and saying 'oh my! Theyre so small!' Instantly I noticed the weight off my shoulders. The surgeon removed a combined weight of 1280grams! (1.3kg) Hearing that shocked me and made me realise just how big and heavy my breasts were. I am over the moon at my new breast size! I havent been this small since I was 15! So overwhelmed at how amazing I feel looking at my reflection. I have started trying on different pieces of clothing just to see how differently they fit now. I had a beautiful top my partner bought me last year and it wouldnt fit over my chest back then. I can finally wear it! All these small things add up and every fibre of my being is beaming with joy! Dont even get me started on bra shopping! Buying and fitting in to a 14c was a magical moment! The pictures say it all. ???????????? Updated on 19 Feb 2018: Updated on 20 Feb 2018: It has been one month since surgery and I am feeling great! I celebrated my 28th Birthday on the weekend and was over the moon to beable to go out in a really low cut top for the first time ever feeling incredibly confident! Healing is going well and I'm loving the way my breasts have settled into a really natural shape :)
