71 Year Old Disappointed in Consistency of Server

Started in March. Paid in Full. First aligners arrived on time along with the the next 3 months. Month 5 didnt arrive, nor did the shipping notice. I called and was informed that due to high demand. They oversold their capability with their ad campaign, collected a lot of NEW money and left those who already paid, in the middle of their treatment hanging.
