First Cosmetic Surgery, Easy Experience

I met with Dr. Ptak twice before finally pulling the trigger on my surgery for Gynecomastia. I could tell right away he was a very educated and intelligent doctor and his accolades sort of speak for themselves. I was very nervous the day of surgery, I elected to do a local anesthesia / painkiller combo route for the surgery (instead of full knock-out anesthesia) and I was wondering about how much pain there would be during the procedure even though I was assured practically none.
