Had a wonderful experience with this doctor and his nurse! They were so professional, caring and did an amazing job on my procedure:..far exceeded my expectations. The nurse and anesthesiologist on the day of surgery took extra special care of me and really put me at ease. Would recommend to anyone.

From the 2 cuties that sit in the front office...to his nurse Fran...Dr Jack is Awesome! He listensed to my concerns,I didn't feel rushed, felt very comfortable and relaxed! I felt like I didn't have to shop around or get other opinions once I left there!

I had procedure 2 days ago. I had some brusing, I expected all the wrinkle in corner of mouth to be gone at time of injections, but botox was also used to get optimal results so I expect that to improve over time, although I can see major improvement. Pain was 1 out of 10 for me (with 10 being the worst). I had 2 areas of botox and 1 syringe of juvederm. The Physician and staff made me feel very comfortable. pleasant experience how long before you see optimal results of juvederm? is it normal to feel lumps on one side of face and not the other? if you dont have lumps does that mean its not working? how long will it be before I see optimal results of botox?

DO NOT USE HIM! I had a tummy tuck in 2021 and I am still having complications. Now, Dr. Jack responds too positive feedback. But I have not received a phone call about my Botched tummy tuck. Stomach is not flat, naval is a hole, and I have severe tightness around my belly button. This makes it hard to breathe!

My surgery is 5 days away!! I am so excited and scared to death at the same time!! I feel guilty for spending so much money on myself when I could do other things with the money but I have been wanting to do this for years but never could.I have 4 children and I was always having to do for them..cars, braces,school and I finally have the money to do it.but I still feel guilty anyone else have these feelings?? After having 4 c sections you can image what my stomach looks like...yuck!!! I cant wait to get rid of all that ugly sagging skin and my pantys to stop rolling under all that fat!! I wish the 19th would hurry up and get here before I talk myself out of doing it.

Hello...I'm ready to start this awesome journey for a better body for "ME"! I've work full time go to school for a second career wife and mother of 2 girls 19/12! I've been doing my research for about 2 months and just decided it's time to do it! I had my consultation with Dr Jason Jack...from the front office to his sweet nurse Fran...everybody is so nice and warm welcoming! He listened to my concerns then gave his opinion and now I'm scheduled for surgery March 24 ?Updated on 21 Mar 2017: Just got my surgery time.....9:30 on Friday...yaaaay!!!! I'm very excited,only because of my fitness goals and I want to take my body to the highest with a little help of course! I've been working out just like I don't have a surgery scheduled,only to push me so much harder! Will keep you guys updated....also keep me in your prayers anything "already" Went well! I've already prayed and told God thank you for blessing the doctor hands,a healthy recover,just blessing me with strength alone this journey! I'm not nervous at all....more ready than anything! I will try to get picture updates from start to beginning! Wish me luck :)Updated on 25 Mar 2017: I made it!!! I woke up in recovery waiting on them to start lol! Anesthesiologist started my iv,walked me back and then i was waking up! I don't remember anything that happen in the procedure! I couldn't walk last nite because of the loopiness but I'm up walking this morning! Some pain but not as bad as I thought. Now this compression garment is another story! Anybody else had to get another one...if so what's the best kind?

Whew. Okay. So I've been scouring this website since June and finally joined. I am almost 21, 5'5", 150lbs, and according to my last (probably inaccurate) measure at least DDD. I've always had huge boobs, never had a training bra, and finally decided to look into this. I am sure I want the surgery, 100 percent, but the problem lies with insurance. If insurance can't cover at least part of this, there's no way I can afford it--I'm a college student, no explanation needed. I had my consultation during the last week of August, and was told my info would be sent immediately to my insurance (Anthem BCBS of Alabama). I also was told it'd take 6-8 weeks to get a letter back... 6 weeks later, a few weeks ago, I called BCBS to check up on the status and they didn't even have anything on my file!! So then I called back the PS office and told them and they said they resent it to a different department or something Oct. 3 and again will take up to 8 weeks.. and I called BCBS today and guess what.. 3 weeks after they supposedly sent the info, BCBS still does not have anything from the PS office.. told the office and waiting to hear back. Have any of you had to deal with the hassle of insurance? Particularly with BCBS, or have dealt with Birmingham Plastic Surgery Specialists? I'm really frustrated. Every day my breasts are a struggle, and I don't feel like I should be the one going back and forth with messages to each office. I don't know who's dropping the ball here, but I feel like somebody is. And, another 8 weeks?? Are you kidding me? That's the week before finals. The ONLY time I can even get this surgery is during the last 2-3 weeks of December, ain't nobody got time for recovery. Basically I am just trying to see if anyone else thinks I'm being screwed over, or is it just me. Updated on 5 Dec 2013: I got approved 2 weeks ago FINALLY but just now remembered to update it here. I had my preop appt yesterday. Got instructions..time.. and a sore throat : ( my surgery date is in 1 week on the 12th. I am supposed to stay at the hospital overnight..I wasn't expecting that at all. I've never spent the night in a hospital before but my stepmom will be with me so I think it'll be alright. My shoulders and neck are killing me, it's like they know they only have so much time left to torture me so they're making up for it and giving it all they've got. And I have no tylenol, boo. I'll get my boyfriend to help me take some before pictures soon. I'm so excited! I can't think about it though or I'll get too anxious. Plus I have finals coming up, the last ones are 2 days before the surgery. Updated on 11 Dec 2013: Finally got home from school for break and got my boyfriend to take some before pics. My tablet won't let me upload them though so it'll have to wait! My surgery is tomorrow, we have to be there at noon and my stepmom is staying the night with me in the hospital since I've never even had to go to the hospital for myself for anything. Much less sleep there. I should be more nervous but it won't do me any good to dwell on it. Need to get some rest. Gahhhhjhh I can't waitttttt How long was it before you could shower? Put shirts on over your head? Lift you arms? Updated on 14 Dec 2013: I made it to the other side!! Got home Friday morning! It is hurting some (ranges from 4 to 7 on pain scale) but I already can see my boobs are so small, even with swelling :) I have a feeling I am going to be very happy with them. I am going to get some sleep, details on the surgery and hopefully pics tomorrow!
