Botched doesn't even begin to cover it. The surgical scar was placed inappropriately high. This would be the smallest most insignificant problem with this procedure. I guess general surgical training doesn't cover much basic plastic surgery knowledge. Liposuction predisposes a patient receiving surgery to necrosis. Guess what happened. Necrosis. What started as a journey to improve self esteem and remove some excess skin quickly turned into one of the most disfiguring and costly procedures I've seen. They say a picture's worth a thousand words. So here...let it speak for itself. Luckily I was able to eventually get this corrected by a board certified PLASTIC SURGEON. Don't fall for the reduced price tag. You'll pay for it with your confidence and whatever sense of happiness that runs in your life.

My experience has been a disaster. I went in to have the skin tightened under my neck. Without my consent, I am quite sure he performed liposuction as I heard a vacuuming/slurping sound. My neck is much worse than it was before. I now am looking at reconstructive plastic surgery, something I did not want.

Dr. Baraki is only after money and is not honest about possible outcomes of procedures. He absolutely ruined my face and he has no integrity or compassion afterwards to fix the problem. Save yourself the nightmare and look for a different doctor. He is hands down the worst doctor I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I’ll be reporting him to the board and filing an official complaint.

I am very disappointed for the money I wasted on believing and trusting Dr. Baraki. After paying $2000 for Sculpsure on my stomach, which we both didn't see any RESULTS , he recommended to do smartlipo. I end up paying additional $5000. I do work out and wanted to remove some stubborn fat on my stomach. I am very disappointed at his work, my stomach hasn't change that much, since he didn't perform the proper lipo. When I asked him why i don't see any improvement, he said is my skin!!! I end up seeing another Plastic Surgeon which he disproved his work. I recommend you all to do your research before going to see him for his Lipo/Sculpsure. You wasting your money and ending up with some black holes.
