My top lip had elongated as I got older. When I smiled my teeth could not be seen. I literally had lost my smile. I had a bullhorn lip lift under local anesthetic.My surgeon was very careful with my incision placement. The incisions went a tiny way into my nostrils, which basically hid them. I actually got my implants in 2007 and still get compliments almost 11 years later. He did an awesome job. I have had no complications with them and have also had 2 kids since I got them done. 11 years later and still happy
