I can't say enough about this doctor and the staff. From the day I walked in and every appointment since I have felt like family not just a patient. We have had a few hiccups due to the virus and some other things and Dr.Barber handle those in such a great manner . I was pleased and couldn't be more happier with my breast. If I could give a 10 star rating I would Thank you Dr.Barber!!!!

I literally can not say enough good things about my experience with Dr.Barber and his staff. From my first visit, my surgery, post follow ups, and everything in between.
He and his staff are very knowledgeable and have answered every question that I've asked and then some.
More than anything though my results were EVERYTHING I asked for and imagined. To say that I am happy with my results is an understatement.

I had a breast augmentation about a year ago. I had several consults with other plastic surgeons and knew immediately when I met with Dr. Barber he was the one. The office is clean, friendly and professional. Dr. Barber is kind, courteous and patient. I was extremely nervous about the procedure and he made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Barber answered all my questions (some several times) and even took the time to have another consult with my husband present. He was very honest about sizing and the outcome I could expect. We both left the consult confident I was in good hands. Procedure went as expected and exactly as planned. Everything that had been explained to me that was going to happen happened, so no surprises there. Recovery went better than I expected. Results were amazing and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The only person I would consider to do any type of procedure in the future would be Dr. Barber. It was such a great experience. Thanks again to Dr. Barber and all his staff!

Top notch in every way. Dr. Barber is consistently ranked the best of the best... and his credentials are impeccable. (We are very lucky to have a surgeon of this caliber in the Southeast.) Bottom line, I would not even consider entrusting my face or body to any other surgeon in this area. Oh, and his staff: superb.

I had a cheek lift with Dr. Barber with extremely nice results. I highly recommend his work. He listens and takes very good care of his patients before and after their surgery. He has a top-notch surgical and office staff.

Barber has a private practice for a reason. He gives you his honest opinion and caring/personable. I'll be honest and say the pain the first few days is awful and he does not prescribe a ton of pain meds (compared to other equally qualified surgeons) but all for good reasons and will prescribe more if you absolutely need it. He wants to make sure you have a great experience. I went from a 34B to a 32DD at victoria secret and it was the best decision I ever made (I'm 5'8'', BMI 20.4). I had IDEAL 320CC and would recommend IDEAL to anyone who is fit and wants to avoid capsular contracture as well. His assistant is GREAT and definitely recommend bringing several shirts to try on the inserts which were extremely helpful. Overall, great experience, great results.

Dr Barber and his staff are AMAZING!! So friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly professional! My experience was FANTASTIC from start to finish!! My results are exactly what i Dreamed they would be! The best care before, during and after my procedure from the entire staff!!

I was referred to Dr. Barber by a friend who was his former patient. I could not have had a better experience! Dr. Barber and his staff are incredible and caring people. Dr. Barber had my best interest in mind and my future well being was top priority. I have had two major procedures here, along with several small facial injection sessions, and all were well beyond my greatest expectations. I would not consider going to any other office, and I always felt at ease and had peace of mind that I was being cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Barber and this office for every cosmetic need, procedures great or small. You will be treated and cared for as if you are family.

I've wanted to get this procedure since I was 16. Under developed and after having babies I lost even more breast tissue. I'm probably the only one to write a bad review now. 4 months later on the bottom of my breasts I have SEVERE rippling and bubbling. Isn't the ideal implant supposed to NOT do that? Really irritated to find out what exactly is going on. Not looking forward to another possible surgery. After almost 7k total surgery plus implants you would expect something to be good.

I feel like I have lost breast mass and also STILL have the bumps and rippling. The dr said don't worry about it!!! I paid $6900 I am and WILL worry about it!!

Saw the doctor and I still have severe scalloping and rippling. Dr sent an email to CEO about replacement or reimbursement for the NOT so "ideal" implants but told me he highly doubts ideal will do anything about it. Said he could do another surgery but it's pointless and plus it would come out of my pocket.

I am constantly in the public over the USA since my husband and I work for nascar race teams..so at age 71 I had a facelift with Dr. Byron Barber. I wanted to not look like an old lady...so now my age is guessed in my fifties. It feels great to put on my pit shirt, nascar hat and a little make up to face the crowds. We are in alot of photos taken by fans and sponsors even with some drivers. I am grateful for the surgery that takes years off my face..it makes life FUN...I still jog..swim long distances and skydive over the usa. I love looking younger....it helps to think I am not ready to leave this world " as an old woman".....It just makes me want to smile.

My update still stands. Loved trying on new face products at the store today. My shih tzu puppy Woof Fi watches me from his carrying purse. He peeks out & watches every move I make.

I am so fortunate to have had a great doctor who gave my face & neck a new look for the public. We plan to continue traveling with Aflac & meet and greet people all over the USA.
