It is important to remember that every treatment is different, but yes, this is normal. Remember that you have two layers of aligner plastic in between your bite, so the way your teeth rest may adjust slightly during treatment. When your treatment is over your bite will settle! If this is still a concern to you, I recommend having your orthodontist take a look at your bite during your next visit to double check.
