Small fine wrinkles are probably a sign of skin damage. I would recommend a chemical peel, IPL photofacial or a resurfacing treatment such  as ematrix. Also, I found that dysport is better for forehead wrinkles than botox. I usually place botox in glabella by dysport into forehead lines. Sometimes, if botox is placed in certain areas and not other it can cause neighboring muscles to compensate and contract more. Just talk to your physician about spreading the neurotoxin out more. Don't forget the improtance of skin care. Retin-a or retinol are essential in improving the appearance of your skin texture. 

Facial asymmetry is extremely common and most people have asymmetrical faces. I think you are referring to your eyebrows. This is easily fixed with small amount of botox. You absolutely don't need surgery. You have a gorgeous smile! You can see your gums a little when you smile and this too can be fixed easily!

WHen properly injected filler should not be painful. Did you have some discoloration or scarring after injection? If there is a lump, then hyaluronidase will help, if there is scarring or discoloration then the filler  most likely compressed a blood vessel and thus healing will take some time. Steroid injections will also help with raised scars. I suggest you see a dermatologist.

The good news is that swelling will subside. Some patients swell more than others. I would definitely call your physician in 2 weeks if there is no improvement in swelling. Hyalironic acid does cause a some fluid retention, but hopefully its only temporary.

Both Juvederm and Restylane are great products. What kind of juvederm did you get? Ultra or ultra plus. Sometimes there is a little more swelling with ultra plus. All hyalironic acid fillers cause some swelling, however swelling should subside after 2-3 days. Extreme swelling is unusual.
