Dr. Givens performed my revision rhinoplasty/septoplasty, as well as a revision chin implant, in 2020. I knew immediately she was the right choice for these complicated surgeries. She asked the right questions and was very thorough in documenting our conversations. She was a good and compassionate listener as well as a great communicator. She prepared me for what to expect every step of the way and there were no surprises. Dr. Givens’ meticulous attention to detail and her artistic eye translate into a very talented surgeon with finely-honed surgical skills: My results are amazing, better than I could’ve ever dreamed of. I just wanted “better,” but Dr. Givens gave me, “fabulous.” I would highly recommend Dr. Givens to anyone considering facial plastic surgery.
Dr. Givens did my rhinoplasty in May of 2020. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a natural result that I love. Dr. Givens followed up regularly throughout the recovery and was very patient and reassuring while I was waiting to see the results. She exceeded my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone considering rhinoplasty!
Victoria does an awesome job on my injectables! She is a plastic surgeon who is incredibly knowledgable about where and how to inject you to give you the best result possible. I feel good knowing that she has had years of education and experience.
These two lesions would be amenable to shave excision, where the lesion is removed flat with the epidermis/skin. The alternative is to perform a direct excision in which the lesions are cut out and sutures are placed. There is always a risk of scarring with any procedure where a "cut" is made on the skin but generally both of these removal techniques leave minimal if any scarring.
