I am a 34 y/o female, have fair skin that shows dark undereye circles easily and have some light smile lines. I currently use Botox, but wanted to have more improvement. My dermatologist recommended trying Belotero in the tear lines and used a cannula for insertion. I was incredibly pleased with the results all around! And believed that I would be able to have a solid 6 months with it (possibly longer) - however, the results were completely gone within 4 weeks. After speaking with my dermatologist, she said that certain people oxidize the fillers quick - particularly thin people who are athletic (I am a runner). The only odd part was that it is going away a little unevenly, but it is nothing drastic. Anyway, long and short - I loved the product and results! But it was not worth the investment considering the short term results.
Belotero is a dermal filler for fine lines that typically lasts anywhere from 6-8 months depending on the placement of the product, the person and how quickly they metabolize the product.
