My surgery was the 17th of october, i had the most amazing experience start to finish with dr tolga bilece, the consultation was in depth and i could tell tolga bilece was extremely educated and knew what he was doing. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and the results i got im so happy with. He fixed my nose completely and it looks perfect. He delivered everything i asked for, and he is a surgeon you can truly trust.

Hello, I'm already 3 months post-operation and I would like to share my experience. First of all, choosing Dr. Tolga Bilece for my primary rhinoplasty was easy because I received detailed answers and everything sounded clear. I opted for a package with a hotel and transfer, which turned out to be a great choice. Everything went smoothly, the drivers took me from point A to B and guided me everywhere, even helping with translations. The Bricks hotel, included in the package, is quite good, with a friendly staff and the opportunity to meet many nice people. Regarding Dr. Tolga, he is a professional who informed me about what to expect and what was possible, already knowing what changes were needed without my input. He speaks English well, so there was no language barrier. His assistants/nurses were like angels, offering invaluable support from translating to holding my hand during blood tests. They left me with warm memories and I’m very grateful for their inpact. The operation itself went smoothly, with helpful and supportive nurses in the hospital. I experienced no difficulties at all. Overall, I had the best experience during my week in Turkey, and I'm very happy with my results. I was able to breathe the next day and had no bruises at all. At the moment, my nose tip is still swollen, but I understand it's part of the long process, especially since I have thick skin. I highly recommend Dr. Tolga Bilece!

I went on my own to Turkey and just knew I would be in safe hands as I bought the package of taxi from airport to hotel and hotel to clinic. It was worth every penny because it made life so easy and Dr Tolga and Gulsum his assistant really did go out of their way . They really didn't need to reply to my texts but they did . Every concern I had they were there to assure me that all is OK. Even from being picked up from airport to be dropped to hotel which gulsum had reserved for me ! ... you can appreciate I was on my own and even fell asleep in the car but felt it was all safe. Gulsum was lovely she made the whole experience feel so personal and her being so friendly really put me at ease to ask anything and I mean anything!!! Dr Tolga you just know is highly educated and a expert in this field and him being so young ! . He was v concerned about my facial palsy and how many operations I previously had that he wanted to make sure nothing was complicated for me.His way of talking is very soft and in a manner that is caring . He came to check up on me after the operation and his way of words ' you are our guest ' I don't think I could feel any more special lol even when the last day came to exit turkey gulsum was on hand as I had left documents in the suitcase rather then handbag and she delivered straight away on whatsapp ! I highly recommend Dr Tolga and his team. Thankyou for all your help and I can't believe I did it on my own !

I had my surgery on 16 july 2021. My nose was quite flat, had almost no support at the tip and no definiton. Since my roots are from Africa and Asia, my skin is thick. So far I am very satisfied. The result looks great and I can't wait for the swelling. Updated on 12 Aug 2021: It will soon be a month Post OP. The Stiches were sewn beautifully. Alot of people keep telling me it doesn't look like I've done anything to my nose.The nose is still swollen, I always tape it at the end of the week to give it more definition.I feel like the tip has gone down quite a bit, but I hope it's just swelling. I was so afraid that it would be too pointy now I am afraid that the nose will be too straight hahaha.If I have any questions, I always contact the doctor. I had an alarplasty procedure done March 2025. After 2 years considering getting this procedure done I finally decided to go ahead with Dr Belice. The biggest and significant issue I had in my experience was the communication leading up to my procedure and afterwards. Beforehand, getting answers to questions or confirmations on hotel and transportation arrangements was so delayed that I ended up booking my own hotel and transportation to and from the airport at least just to ensure my safety and comfort during my visit. The procedure went fine but I wasn’t administered any relaxing medication before the surgery which took place in office under local which was fine but it was terrifying to be cut on/ open while being fully awake with absolutely so sedation or calming drugs. I could still feel sensation through the entire procedure and the administration of the local anesthesia was very painful. The local anesthesia kept waring off and i could feel mild pain/ discomfort the whole time, but i did tell Dr when this happened and he topped up the anesthesia with additional injections. Im not sure if this is normal. It was overall a very traumatic experience. I got back to my hotel and they did communicate with me while I was there in Turkey. At my discharge appointment Dr Belice assured me that would get a letter to fly home the next day. But up until my arrival at the airport I got nothing sent to me. Security stopped me at the gate and I had to frantically call the office on WhatsApp to ask again for the letter. It was a huge panic and I almost missed my flight home as they prevented me from boarding the aircraft until I could produce this letter from my Dr. Thankfully I got the letter over WhatsApp just in time 20 mins before boarding. However, the most disappointing part was that all communication ceased after I left turkey. I felt discarded and abandoned as a patient. A message update I sent to them still remains without any acknowledgment or reply after I forwarded my one month update image/ video to say that I had healed well and was satisfied with the result. It is a real shame that my experience wasn’t really pleasant because I do like my end result and have not had any complications. I suppose that’s the most important thing?

Hello, I would like to share my experience with rhinoplasty by Dr. Tolga Bilece. Before arriving to Turkey I was torn between going with Mehmet Canubur or Tolga Bilece so I decided to do face to face consultation with both, and the reason why I eventually ended up choosing Tolga is because I have a breathing problem that I wasn't 100% confident that Dr. Mehmet can fix it, but it is safe to say that I think Canubur would have given me a gorgeous result anyway, needless to say also that he and his assistant are both so extremely kind and nice, very communicative, professional and extremely kind and friendly. Anyway, during my consultation with Tolga he was thorough in explaining the procedure and how the breathing problem will be fixed. Surgery day went fine, hospital was ok, but there are a couple of things I did not appreciate and thought are worthy of sharing: firstly, the assistant doesn't speak English which makes communication slower, complicated and generally makes the patient feel disconnected from doctor and assistant beyond the surgery - which is much more important than before, in my opinion. When it was cast-off day, the assistant did not greet us properly, though when another patient (who I later discovered had a high followers count) arrived, she was greeted with chocolate and coffee, in my opinion that is a bit rude given that we waited for doctor for over an hour to show up and the other had just arrived! When he showed up, my cast off removal was extremely rushed, I was not even asked if I like my result, or how my recovery experience went (which btw was experienced without followup from doctor or assistant.. inquiries were replied to super late! I was lucky to have my mother and friend with me for support, but I really do not recommend anyone coming alone! it is very difficult post op especially in the first 3-4 days - at least that was the case for me). Anyway, there was little follow up during recovery, cast off appointment extremely rushed, assistant was sort of rude, no proper communication. However, professionally I think he is a very skilled doctor, I can't fully say I love my result yet because my nose is still incredibly swollen but my breathing problem seems to be fixed.. The doctor def lacks personal connection to his patients, it almost feels like he treats his cases as 'projects'. He doesn't see the humans he sees only their noses, and I get it, it is his job, but health communication is extremely important especially when someone is doing such a drastic life-changing step and a significant medical surgery, it is more emotional than practical or purely physical. I wish he (and his assistant) had communicated better and reassured the patients better. My overall experience wasn't bad but these details truly affect the experience.
