Did like not like the older face looking at me in the mirror, I now see a more young face looking back at me. This is the best money I ever spent it was worth the cost which was very reasonable. I had my whole face and neck lazier it all look good. You people want a few more helpful details what would you like War and Peace or some of the volumes for the USA congress?

Wanted Liposuction of neck, as the extra fat made me appear heavier than I am. The staff made sure that I was properly medicated before the procedure, and I was awake, but very relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The procedure was not painful, and aside from some minor discomfort, was fine the remainder of the day. By the next day, I felt very good.

Dr. Ginestra and his entire staff puts patient safety first above all else... Everything about my surgery was explained in detail, including the risks and post-operative care... The doctor and his staff were ALWAYS available to fit me in at a moment's notice if I had a concern or a question. I always felt very comfortable and confident in their care. I've had other procedures elsewhere many years ago and never felt as secure as I did with Dr. Ginestra and his staff at Mesos. Their facility is very clean and I always felt totally comfortable. They are top notch.

I had the Smart Lipo procedure done to my flanks, upper and lower stomach areas two months ago. I am still healing, but I do see great changes to the areas treated. Everything my doctor explained to me I see happening. I massage the hard areas and they have softened up tremendously, there are some areas that are still numb (around the navel area), but they are getting better with massage. I have stopped wearing my compression a month ago as advised by my doctor. I find myself looking in the mirror and in disbelief at the changes in my body. My skin is tightening and I can see that my stretch marks are actually fading significantly. So far I am pleased with the results I see and I look forward to more results as I heal, diet and exercise.

My insurance covered all but $150 of it. My headaches and back pain were gone almost instantaneously. I will be a B cup (down from an I) when the swelling goes down

I am so happy I did this! I wasn't sure because I'd read some of the negative reviews, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it! I have always been very small, thin and short. I have a nice butt, but hated the huge dimply thighs and knees that didn't match the rest of me. My legs and calves are also very small, so you can imagine...not pretty! I hated my legs and tried everything naturally that I could, worked out daily, ran, did squats and lunges (which made them bigger on top!) My knees were so bad it looked like some of the skin above my knee was starting to sag over my knee cap. It was just nasty. I was self conscious about wearing anything that went above my knees. But when you're short, wearing the long shorts/skirts doesn't look good either. I had my procedure on 9/12/08. I had smart lipo on the inner/outer thighs, anterior thigh and knees. I held off writing my review because I wanted to see how it would look after the swelling went down. OMG I am so happy! I now have the nice butt AND sleek, thin thighs and knees I've always wanted. I bought some straight leg pants yesterday(size 0-I'd never been able to fit my huge thighs into 0!!) this weekend and wore them...they look HOT! I couldn't be happier with my body now. It also tightened the skin on my knees and thighs. I still have numbness where I had lipo and some sore knots, so I know there's still more healing to come! I'm also still experiencing some stiffness when walking after sitting for a while. I had an IV and was asleep for the procedure. When I woke up, I was in my husband's car on our way home and I had a compression garment on. I wore that solid for 3 weeks, then at night for 2 more weeks. It got so loose on my legs that I started putting ACE wraps around my knees where there was still swelling. I've quit wearing the compression garment and am back to running. It feels so great to wear shorts to the gym, in fact pretty much anything I try on looks great!! Can you tell I'm happy? :)
