The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean. Also, Nicole the intake person over the phone is fantastic. She made me feel very comfortable. My dissapoitment is with the doctor. The doctor did not perform the procedure based on Bosley standards or what I discussed with him in the first consultation. Basically he dint want me to have any input on my own hair line. When I asked question he was very irritated. In addition, he left some of my SMP out which looks really unnatural and bad. When I asked him to cover it up he said I need to wait for the SMP to fade off. He was rushing tru out the procedure. Timothy B. Ehrlich is the main Doctor at Bosley in MD who Drew my hair line in the first consultation. We both agreed it was appropriate and looked natural. When I went for the procedure he completely changed and gave me a very higher hair line. When I questioned him he was very irritated and said "I m the Doctor here and what is best" who is paying for the procedure? Who is the customer? Me ! Why in the world you want to experiment on my head? I even called and try to speak with him some sense and asked to correct my hair line. Of course his answers was not I m to busy and I don't care. I can't belive this. He should retire today instead of going around and stealing people joy to have an opion. Bosely reputation in  Chavy Chavy MD will continue to be ruen until this person is in the office. He is a narcissistic and very rude. He dint even had the courage to come and say hi to me when I went to remove my stitches. Shame in you. Very dissapointing.

My goal is to restore the eyebrows with a hair restoration procedure. I cannot give a full review just yet as my procedure is not scheduled to take place for another 4 days. I will say that I was surprised that I didn't meet with a doctor but rather a Bosley assistant. There was no fee for the consultation.
