I had fat graft to the breast and face with Dr. Coleman in a single procedure. He was incredible -- very caring and careful. The breasts came out very well - my aim was some natural looking volume - and I recovered much more quickly than I was expected. I had read rather bad things about fat grafting, and this was nothing like that. I healed very quickly and the sensation to the areas the fat was taken from came back rather quickly. I highly recommend fat graft for women who want more natural looking breasts. He had another doctor put in small implants of 215 which he put the fat over, as I am thin. All around I recommend him. I interviewed a few doctors in the United States before selecting him.

Dr Coleman is absolute genius. I had liposuction deformities due to a previous surgery done 10 years ago. I saw many plastic surgeons throughout these years but nobody was ever able to fix the problem. I am very skinny and I was told I was not a suitable candidate for fat grafting. All this until I met Dr Coleman. I flew all the way to New York City from the other side of the world. He basically invented the fat graft technique. He understood my problem, he saw tiny regions of my body from where fat could be taken. I had no idea he could do such a wonderful job. He smoothed out the irregularities on both my thighs by injecting the fat taken from donor sites on my body. I know for a fact he is the best surgeon out there and he has changed the way I see myself. His staff is amazing too, especially his assistant Mary Lombardi. Many people don't bother writing about their experience but I'm sure that each patient of Dr Coleman will always be grateful to him, because plastic surgery for many of us is surgery of the mind, and I could have not met a finer surgeon than Dr Coleman.

After an unfortunate liposuction procedure removed most of the fat in my lower face, I had a lower face/neck-lift. Although I looked improved, I needed volume to assist in restoring a previous appearance. I saw Dr. Sydney Coleman & proceeded with a fat transfer procedure. Excellent consultation process, professional intra/post-operative experience. Well, although I am only 2 months post-op & not quite at my final result, I couldn't be happier !!! He has carefully restored much of my lower face using close to 30 cc of fat. I plan on returning, to address additional areas not able to be grafted at the initial session. I will follow-up with photo's at that time. Fingers crossed, but I think he's nailed it!!!! Highly recommended!!!

Magnificent, amazing, genius! He's the best with fat injections! He is really caring and takes his time making sure he knows it will turn out great! I like Doctors that don't rush you in and out and same I'm surgery! He truly studies you and what's best for you! Take a look at his pictures it's clear!

The entire staff made the experience very positive for me. They were caring, knowledgable and compassionate. Dr Coleman was wonderful. His expertise, combined with his thoughtful presence, gave me the confidence I needed to contemplate my procedure (related to breast cancer reconstruction). So grateful to have found this practice.

Explanation of procedure and results were stated very clearly and reviewed together in detail. Drawings and photos were used to help me understand expectations before and after procedure. I was informed of all issues and or complications that might arise afterwards. I feel like I Dr. Coleman will improve my current deficiency in certain areas on my body that I can feel good about when completed.. I trust Dr. Coleman's judgment and abilities..and I cannot wait until I am finished.

I had the best experience. Dr. Coleman and his staff always thoroughly answered all of my questions without frustration. I also could not be happier with my results. I had not worn a low cut shirt or bathing suit top in 7 years due to my implant deformation, with the fat transplant procedure, I feel and look totally natural, and feel much more comfortable in my own skin. I no longer hesitate to wear a v-neck shirt.cMy confidence has increased tremendously. I highly recommend Dr. Coleman.

Patients, such as myself, dealing with sensitive bodily concerns or imperfections can be a challenging process. To divulge our subconscious views of ourselfs can be challenging. That is where Dr. Coleman and his staff make things easy. After contacting multiple cosmetic offices around the Unites States, I reached out to Dr. Coleman and immediately his staff began to assure me that there are options for someone such as myself. The staff at the TriBeca office are sincere and very informative, along with willing to be flexible with patients needs and schedules. Dr Coleman and his staff were very courteous and professional. He is extremely meticulous and a perfectionist and listened to all my concerns. I am early in my postoperative phase but I can tell that the results should be just what I wanted. As a physician myself I would highly recommend Dr Coleman for fat transfer procedures.

I have only good things to say about Dr. Coleman and his staff. I was nervous about my procedure but the staff helped me to feel very safe and confident that I would be well taken care of. Staff are very professional but also friendly and helpful. My medical situation was a bit unusual and Dr. Coleman did what no other doctor could do. I am very happy with the result.
