Hi! Without full orthodontic records it’s difficult to say if your teeth will shift back into place. You may want to seek a second opinion with an orthodontist instead of a dentist about your bite concerns. Some dentists do short treatments for front teeth and advertise these treatments as fast this type of treatment done by a dentist or internet company may have compromised your bite.
Our teeth are set in the bones of our face. Orthodontists and dentists can not manipulate your teeth past the biological limit of your supporting bone without orthopedic involvement. In kids this is very easily done as children’s facial bones aren’t fused in the skull and are still growing at the sutures. Expansion as an adult is best evaluated with your orthodontist and may involve surgery to change the bones positions within the face.
