It looks like you may have slight ptosis of the left upper lid. However you also have a relative droop of the inner (head) part of the brow. Botulinum toxin may offer you a way to see if brow repositioning would help your concerns. If done properly this should not affect brow movement but give you a look at how brow repositioning might help your problem
Although you have small lower lid fat pads, I suspect you are noticing the relative lack of volume in the tear trough area. I would suggest a trial of hyaluronic acid filler to augment the volume. If you like this effect you could consider fat grafting or midface lift
