Even with crowns on your teeth, orthodontic treatment can be peformed. Depending on the severity of the orthodontic problem, an orthodontist can determine what is the best course of treatment (fixed braces vs removable aligners). If fixed braces are the best option, understand the polish/shine of the porcelain may become dulled as it must be "roughed" up to bond brackets onto them. Speak to your orthodontic specialist to get specific answers to your questions.

If a molar "band" (ring around the tooth) comes off, it is no longer cemented onto the tooth. Food and liquids can get under the band and cause problems for the tooth. Contact your orthodontist and schedule a time to have the band recemented. Even if you put it back on the tooth, it is loose and not physically attached via the cement.

Before you convict yourself to any extreme treatment, make an appointment with an orthodontic specialist (not a dentist doing orthodontics). An orthodontic specialist has spent 2-3 additional years training exclusively in the field of orthodontics. Many orthodontic specialist provide complimentary consultations. No one can determine from your photos what you would need. Orthodontists would require specific records to properly formulate a diagnosis and treatment plan specificially for your needs. Without those records, only a preliminary discussion can take place.

After space closure with "power chains" many orthodontists want to see if the space closure is stable. If the space is opening up, the space closure is not stable. Let the orthodontist make that determinationl

Since you submitted only one dental arch, no true orthodontic specialist can give you the opinion your are seeking without a thorough examination in person and obtaining comprehensive orthodontic records. I suggest seeking the opinion of a true orthodontic specialist in your area to allow them to give you your opinion. It is the best way to move forward.
