The staff was very pleasant - and dare I say even fun - in dealing with a difficult medical situation, in that it would leave an ugly scar. They also made sure I understood the MOHs procedure and what to expect as it was done. A 5 star rating for bedside manner, answering my questions, and follow up to my visit.

Dr. Rotter did an excellent job on the surgery and was very careful about the suturing so that there would be minimal scaring, which was appreciated. He also informed that if for any reason I was not satisfied with the result to come back and he would ensure that it would be satisfactorily corrected. In a previous surgery by Dr. Rotter, the result was excellent with little outward notice of any surgery which was a welcome outcome since the surgery area was in front near the hairline and would be observed. Thanks for taking care of this surgery with such professionalism.

Dr. Rotter and the nurse were very nice and demonstrated a good bedside manners. I've seen enough Doctors and Nurses to know good ones when I see them. I didn't have to wait, it was prompt. My procedure in Vienna, VA was worth it and I would rate the staff professionalism and courtesy, aftercare and follow up, and bedside manner as 5 stars. Thank you.
