Very few cases can be done without use of any of the techniques you mention.I have been doing Invisalign for 13 yrs and haven't come across that case yet.Could some of the cases we do with attachments be done without? Yes, but with great difficulty.
Invisalign may work for you, but it is not the best tool for this. Braces would work better and faster. And they do not need to be full metal braces - we do cases like this all the time with 6 Month Braces that use tooth colored brackets and wires. They are not as invisible, but nowhere near the full metal railroad tracks you may be envisioning.
