Dr. Constantine is an amazing surgeon. From the beginning he always listen to what I wanted. He never pressured me into making any decision. Dr. Constantine is an artist and a perfectionist. I cannot go without saying that his staff is amazing as well.
Outstanding quality service, no pressure and a lot of time spent on a free consultation. I had a fat transfer to my breasts and couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve since recommended him to a friend who’s also very happy.
I'm 16 hours post op and doing great. I gained a lot of weight with my 1st pregnancy 19 years ago and got pregnant again 5 months later. I absolutely hated my pooch. I am very active although had previously have gained and lost weight fluctuatating between 140-207 pounds for years. I finally got on Medifast 2 1/2 years ago and lost about 50 pounds (now 162) and have maintained this for 2 years. I got married to a wonderful man who has been very supportive in my decision to have a TT. I'm also an extreme snowmobiler and knew I needed at least 6 months recovery time. I had my first consultation April 18 and they could get me in May 8th. I don't think I would have wanted to wait any longer as the nerves would have continued to get worse! Thank God I'm very close to Jesus, and believe in the power of prayer. That has made a world of difference! Updated on 9 May 2017: Had a pretty easy time last night but did notice I had to get up and pee about every 2 hours even though I was drinking that much. Thank God for my husband- he had to sit me up and move my legs over the side of the bed so I could get to my walker, then I would back up to the toilet and he would hold me and gently place me down on the seat. Drains are doing good, but as everyone said "annoying" and I can't wear any underwear, just my big pj pants. Compression stockings are also on 24/7 until I am walking good. Worst part of the day was our 4 hour drive home. Roads were rough and I felt every stinkin bump. Slept in a bed last night and probably will keep doing that with a bunch of pillows propped everywhere. Updated on 15 May 2017: Exactly one week and I'm doing great. Finally weaned myself off pain pills by day 5 except for taking one dose at bedtime to try and get comfortable. The main reason I believe I'm doing so great is I had purchased a Bonito compression garment #4006 prior to surgery. I wanted to be put in it after surgery but the doctors office refused and placed me in the traditional binder. Horrible thing! By the 3rd morning I begged my hubby to help me take off the binder and put the Bonito on. Seriously the second I was in it I was in heaven! My drain tubes have a perfect spot to come out off and it is just wonderful. I've had minimal swelling and it helped me feel more comfortable. Go get you one. You won't regret it, I promise. Sizing was a bit tricky as I was in between a L and XL.... I chose to go with the larger size because I knew I would have bandaging and swelling and it fits perfectly. On day four I had my belly button stiches and lipo back stiches come off. I've washed my hair with help in the kitchen sink twice. Still not allowed to shower but sponge bathes. I'm eating pretty clean ( had some pizza one night and some dark chocolate) other than that clean eating. Updated on 20 May 2017: I'm 12 days post op and doing fantastic! I was scared of the recovery after reading some of the reviews on here as well, BUT don't believe all of it. Honestly I haven't had a hard time at all. I stayed up on my pain meds until day 4 but honestly probably could have come off them sooner. I'm only taking 1 pill at night before bed and not even tylonel or Advil during the day. If you have a good surgeon, you will be amazed at how fast you feel better. Order you a Bonito compression garment, totally saved my bacon! I ordered the size that fit me pre surgery. The #4006 allows for the drain tubes to come out the pelvic area ( if that is where your surgeon puts them) and I have been healing so nice and smoothly. I am wearing jeans today. Still have 1 drain left but I'm able to wear one of my "bigger" jeans. I love my new shape! It's amazing how much better I love myself with the pooch gone. A million times worth it. Btw the drain removal was a piece of cake, could not even feel it. Good luck! Updated on 29 May 2017: I'm doing amazing! I've mowed my yard on a riding lawn mower, ridden our 4wheeler, saddled my horses ( but did not ride them yet) last drain tube got taken out at 19 days thank the good Lord. I'm showering with out any problems, haven't taken any type of pain killer or Advil for a week except when my period started for cramps. My husband and I went to the movies a few days ago and I was able to sit there for 2 hours just fine. I've lost 7 pounds since weigh in the day of surgery (I'm on Medifast) and I'm loving my new body. Updated on 29 May 2017: Btw, I was in an XL Bonito garment and have slimmed down so much in 3 weeks I'm now in a Large Updated on 8 Jun 2017: I've been wearing jeans since day 17, same ones I had post op but there is now a ton of room in the waist area. None of my belts fit! I need a smaller one. Rode my horse for about an hour on day 27..... was harder on me than I thought, I had some fluid wave show up a day after riding so I know I'm not quite ready for that yet. I've been very active and moving everyday. My husband and I have been having sex for a week but I got ambitious and got on top this morning and oh my God! I didn't realize how much we use our AB muscles! I got a little too much into it and had some type of muscle spasms right after the big O. Hurt pretty bad. Sitting here now with a hot pad on my ABs lol. Be careful girls with that. But all in all I'm doing amazing. We have been putting up new fence in our pasture and I've been helping as much as I can. Oh! We went country dancing the same day I rode my horse so I'm not sure if it was the horse or dancing that was hard on me.
Everything went perfect and looks exactly like I wanted!! Dr. Constantine is amazing, perfectionist, and super nice guy!! I highly recommend him!! Recovery has been great as well!! He has great bedside manners and makes you comfortable the entire time!! He listens to you and what you want to get out of the surgery and goes in there and works his magic!
I lost 100 pounds and also have three kids. First part of my mommy makeover was a full breast lift with implants. I got 475 saline filled to 525 moderate profile, under the muscle. I am in love with my results!! My breasts were so sad and stretched out, I can't believe what my surgeon did.. He gave me a whole new set of boobs! Recovery was good.. Although I didn't anticipate how long it would really take to feel like myself again. And get control of those chest muscles again. It was about 5 weeks. Cannot wait to finish my makeover with a tummy tuck later this year
My 30th birthday is next month.. I'm recently divorced and decided it's time to give back to myself :) I lost a little over 100 pounds about 5 years ago (the natural way) and unfortunaly 3 kids + that it's left by body looking not pretty naked. First thing I'm getting done is my boobs!! My stats are 145lbs, 5'3, and a size 38b. I have chosen Dr.Steven Constantine, in Midvale Utah. We decided 500 cc Moderate Plus profile saline implants, with a full anchor lift. I have two things really working against me with this surgery.. My areoles are very large and he might not be able to cut all the way around them with my lift. So three months out I would have to go back and get the excess areola skin removed. This makes me sad.. I really don't want any left over, luckily it can be fixed down the road. Second thing my rib cage goes out further then most people's (see side picture) which makes my boobs drift off to the sides a little.. And naturally have always been a little droopy. With all that being said I am so excited and can hardly believe I'm finally able to do this!!! I cannot wait, this month cannot go by fast enough! Updated on 7 Mar 2016: I am one week away from a BA and Lift! My surgeon will also be doing a little bit of a reduction which makes trying on sizers a little difficult. I'm having anxiety about choosing a size :/ this is 500cc.. A lot of people are telling me I'm going to big. But after the reduction and being placed under the muscle I think and hope I will get the look I want!! One week away!! Then I can say good bye to all my padded and push up bras! Updated on 16 Mar 2016: I am already very impressed with my doctor was able to do! Hoping once they drop and fluff they will look bigger though. So far I'm pretty happy about my new girls! Updated on 17 Mar 2016: So far I am very happy with my results.. I never thought I would have such perky boobs! Anyone else get a moderate or moderate plus implant with after pictures. I got a 525 implant.. And I don't feel like they are very big :/ Very much hoping the dropping and fluffing process will make them appear "fuller" Updated on 17 Mar 2016: Updated on 19 Mar 2016: I am feeling prettying good in the boob department. Every once in a while I will get a muscle spasm, other then that they are doing great! I am down to just taking ib profin now when needed. My back hurts more then anything, probably from being hunched a little and having to sleep at an angle. I am experiencing some depression today. I'm anxious to feel like myself and get back to work. I have no energy really. Cleaning house for 30 min or taking a shower knocks everything out of me. I'm still liking my boobs and just hoping everything settles the way we want. Few pictures just for fun.. Updated on 22 Mar 2016: 8 days PO.. Everything is going well. Although I still have a way to go as far as healing, I already love them and have faith my final result is going to be amazing. Keeping my supportive bra and ace bandage on pretty much 24/7 for the next three weeks to try and keep my implants from wanting to follow the slope of my sternum. Fingers crossed they do what my PS want them to do!! Updated on 1 Apr 2016: Updated on 1 Apr 2016: Slowly but surely things are coming along Updated on 10 Apr 2016: Took this a few days ago.. It's the first time I've seen the inscions. Updated on 17 Apr 2016: Boobs are dropping a little :) Finally feeling more like myself.. Still don't have full feeling back in either of my breasts. Chest muscels are back about 90% now.. Which is very nice!! Updated on 12 Aug 2016: It's been 5 months now.. And I couldn't be more pleased with my results! I have about 70% feeling back in my nipples. I am so pleased with how the have dropped, I wanted lower pole fullness when naked. Scars under the boob are getting lighter, still not as light as the others. I am not to worried about that tho :)
I am a shy lady when it comes to my body so doing this is a Really big deal for me. I'm doing this mostly to sing the praises of my Doctor. Steven Constantine who is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. I am a mother of four children and just reached into my forties. I wasn't looking for the "barbie body" makeover, just a flat tummy, a belly button( something I haven't seen in years) and maybe some boobs that fit into a bra nicely. Well, I'm happy to announce that the tummy tuck part is complete and I am so happy so far. Belly button....check. Nice one too!! My tummy is flat and the scar is healing well. I have a bit of revision to be done in one area but so far so good! Breast lift in less than two weeks to finish the look. So excited...now, about the Doc Dr. Steven Constantine took a very shy and reserved lady into his office and ended up taking her into his family. This man and his staff treated me with the utmost respect and kindness that even some actual family members are not capable of. From day 1 the office staff and just everyone involved treated me like a part of a family, not a patient who was paying the bills. Never once was I made to feel uncomfortable about my body or my situation. I can't tell you what that did for me through this journey. Pre OP cosultation: like I said above Dr. Constantine was amazing. He explained everything in detail and asked me many questions about my wants and desires. ( tummy tuck, breast augmentation and lots of lipo). He never rushed and had the most amazing aura about him. So kind and gentle. He even put my husband at ease by simply being himself!! Post OP care: I have called the office for questions any time I have the slightest concern and have been met with friendly voices, EVERYTIME, telling me what is going on and how i should deal with it. I've gone into the office twice and they always make time for me. Not just to see a nurse. I have seen Dr. Constantine every time. Big deal for me. The results are AMAZING!! My recovery continues and I'm set up for the breasts very soon. I hope to update this afterwards.....
