Dr.Lee is amazing!! He gave me suggestions on what he thought I should do to get the results I was looking for. I had Ultherapy and Sculptra done with him and am thrilled with the results!! It was subtle and not obvious at all that I had even had anything done. I still continue to get compliments on how young I look!! Dr. Lee did not suggest anything that he didn't think I needed and took the time to explain each procedure thoroughly. I highly recommend him. His staff is amazing as well.
I went to Dr Lee because I went online and saw his profile 3 years ago and felt he had knowledge about Asian eyes. Finally I did it beginning of this. I can't thank enough his job and happy I did the decision. My dropped eyelids are open up, my eyes brighter and see more clear because not blocking my ball anymore. But keep in mind need 2-3 weeks to recover ,so give yourself enough time. It is felt a little different after. But my look and confidence definitely boost so I don't care just be honest.
I have seen other doctors before I met Dr. Lee. I met him through the recommendation of a friend. First, unlike other Flushing doctor’s office, which is usually small, dingy, and feels very cramped, his office is beautiful, it looks more like a high-end spa than a doctor’s office and not gaudy or lavish like some of those beauty spas that tries too hard. The staff were all very courteous, they were very patient while I bombard them with tons of questions. While I was waiting, they offered me coffee, tea, which is a clean self-serve Keurig, or cold bottled drinks which they kept in their fridge and it was free, they were not stingy. Even the initial consultation is free. They all seem relaxed and comfortable. Second, Dr. Lee greeted me and answered all of my questions truthfully. I wanted injections and after examining me, he recommended a smaller amount than what I thought I need. I got my fillers and Botox injections and have been going to see him ever since and stopped seeing other doctors. He took his time to explain everything to me. Since then, I have injections, lasers and other treatments done by him. I became one of his regulars. Dr. Lee’s, knowledge, techniques were excellent, some skills are learned and some just come naturally, Dr. Lee has both. Simply the best.
Naturally I had different sizes on my eyelid folds (one almost nonexistent), and they made one eye look bigger than the other.
Having surgery is a big decision and I am grateful that I found Dr. Steve Lee as my plastic surgeon for both my blepharoplasty (upper and lower eyelid surgery) and breast augmentation procedures. I was pleased with his attention and concerns for my health and also mental well-being, before and after surgery. After the surgery was completed, he continued to follow-up on the healing scars and surgery sight. His understanding and gentle nature is what will bring me back in the future. He also carries his professional decorum with his staff, which provides a calm and pleasant atmosphere for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Lee to anyone looking for cosmetic surgery because of his commitment to his patients, and my own personal satisfaction with the work he has done for me.
I had the double eyelid surgery and cheek lift done first. While it was still recovering I did chemical peeling all of which was done during my job transition period last year. The chemical peeling was actually more painful compare to the double eyelid and cheek lift. It took me a while to recover due to my age (50's)and I was anxious to recover since I was seeking for job during that period. As the days go by I'm looking more beautiful and natural. The whole procedure gave me back at least 15 yrs of youth. The beautiful result was well worth the pain, money, and all the time it took to recover. This is the best investment I've ever made in my life. Now I just need to lose a few pounds to make me more complete.
im 40 & have had 7 children ( 2 sets of triplets and a single pregnancy). i weigh 226 have finally decided to go ahead and have a tt with lipo including my flanks. i ahd 2 c-sections and the first was hard to recover from but the second was a whole lot easier. some women have compared having a tt to haveing a c-section. plan to do my upper arms, my inner thighs and breast modification in the future (if everything goes well). my biggest fear apart from the pain is death. i do have a big young family and would be difficult for everyone if i wasnt here raising my children. my surgery is scheduled on april 6!! any advice? Breasts with or without implants will drop or sag with time due to the constant effects of gravity. Other factors also contributes to the degree of drop such as whether the implants were placed above or below the muscle, the degree of skin laxity or tone you have to begin with, and even the type of bra that you wear. Since you just had your operation, it will take several weeks for the swelling and soreness to settle down and the breasts to soften and yes, they will lose some of the initial "perkiness." Roughly speaking, regarding your size, assuming you are a 34B, your initial cup size would vary around 275 to 325 cc depending on the manufacturer of the bra. Adding to that the 300cc of breast implants would give you a final volume of around 600 cc which is a large C, medium D or even a small E -- again, depending on the manufacturer.
According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the 2009 average nationwide surgeon only fee for tummy tuck is $5,381. This fee does not include the anesthesiologist and facility costs. Highly populated areas such as New York City or Los Angeles will command a higher overall fee than rural or suburban areas. In addition, it will also depend on the patient's condition. A petite person's tummy tuck will vary with someone who's large with an large amount of tissue to be excised. Here in New York City, tummy tuck alone (not including any liposuction) total fee (including anesthesia and faciliity) ranges from $7,000 to well over $15,000. It is best to visit several plastic surgeons to find the best price ratio.
This price is very reasonable assuming that there are no additional fees. Looking at the statistics gathered by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the 2009 Average Nationwide surgeon fee for Tummy tuck is $5,381. With anesthesia and facility costs, the fee is usually well over $7000. You are getting a very good deal. If you were to add liposuction, you will be adding, of course, additional work for your surgeon and incurring additional time with the anesthesiologist, the cost will naturally be more. Bottomline, tummy tuck at $7,000?....take it.
Currently, there is no evidence that Zeltiq's Coolsculping will either improve or worsen skin laxity. Skin inherently has some elasticity, so when we gain weight or lose weight, skin will naturally "expand" or "contract" against our body. Likewise, using coolsculpting to reduce the fat layer at the subcutaneous layer, will not affect skin laxity. If you have too much skin laxity after Coolsculpting, then you may require skin excision of the affected areas.
Hi, you can receive another blepharoplasty if both your plastic surgeon and you believe that your eyelids have begun to sag again. This is normal aging process. Sometimes, however, it is not sagging skin but hollowness that makes the eyelids appear droopy, so fat grafting may be the answer instead. Similarly, sometimes it is actually the brows that are droopy and thereby making the eyelids look droopy. If that is the case then a browlift may be more appropriate. There is no set time for redo blepharoplasty. The operation is determined by need not time. So at 8 years out since your blepharoplasty it would be fine if you need another
