Stephen Paulsen, MD

I am a teacher and wanted to do something for myself last summer. I had a forehead reduction plus upper and lower eyelid surgery. The recovery time total was 6 months but looked ok to wear makeup after 2-3 weeks. Dr. Paulsen and his staff were great during the process and took care of me the whole way through. I highly recommend Plastic Surgery Associates and Dr. Paulsen.

I cannot say enough about the entire office at Plastic Surgery Associates of Tulsa.
Dr. Paulsen took the time to explain everything that was going to happen. He called my first evening when I went home. He made absolute sure that I and my husband understood what to do and what to look for if there was an emergency after we went home. He gave us a real since of ease. He was very caring and professional during my treatments.

Judy, Tonya, and Sarah are fabulous. The know you and know about you. They literally make you feel like family. Every time I went in I was treated BY name and what i was there for.

After breastfeeding two kids I never thought I would like my chest again. If I ever decide to get anything else done in the future, he will be my go to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I highly recommend Dr. Paulsen. He has a very welcoming and well trained staff. He is very detailed. He was able to provide the best treatment plan for my desired results. I was a 34B before children. I basically lost all of my breast volume after nursing my three children and was a 34 AA. I had 360 cc silicone mod profile placed. I love my results! I have a very natural look. I am now a 34 full C. My recovery was much easier than I expected.

Dr. Paulsen and his entire staff from front desk to the surgery room could not have been more pleasant. I had eyelid surgery (awake at my request) and the doctor was very caring.
He called the night after to make certain i was feeling alright. I had no problems at all with healing.

I had a very large lump removed from my side/ribcage area and breast augmentation( Lift) and brachioplasty ( arm lift). I had a gastric sleeve about 5 years ago and lost over 100 pounds, The large fatty mass was left behind and my arms look like deflated balloons also my breast were pretty much laying on my stomach. I now were bras with out ripping them off as soon as I come home and my blouses fit with out gaping and binding up on sleeves. I actually wear a size smaller blouse and as mentioned before all my bra's actually fit the way they are supposed to.
Dr Paulsen and his staff are wonderful. They took the time to make sure I understood what was entailed to have the procedures done that I was requesting. Always friendly and happy to see me every time I walked in the door. Dr Paulsen is VERY thorough, and utilized great care before and after my surgeries. I would highly recommend his office for anyone concerned with quality and wonderful care.
