Unfortunately bonding can do this but your dentist should be able to fix it usually at no charge since it was just done. You should also call your orthodontist and tell them to stop processing your retainers ASAP since you might need a new scan. If this happens again, you should spend the money and get Lumineers. They are the best option for peg laterals.
hi,The biggest question I have is are you bothered by the appearance of your teeth?? If not, DO NOT do anything. Your teeth look nice, white and straight. If you are, then start with just a little shaping. Hope this helps.
I would NOT recommend veneers for this. It would be very aggressive and you would likely end up losing teeth in the long run. Find someone that can do Invisalign with propel. You will be very happy!
hi:) Your first step is to find out WHY you have recessed gums. If you just move forward with veneers or any other option, it will come back. Once you and your dentist figure this out, then I would recommend minimally invasive Lumineers or bonding that DOES NOT go under the gums. Also check out pinhole gum rejuvenation instead of grafting. Hope this helps
You are a perfect candidate for Lumineers. At your age and the presentation of your teeth, this would be the best option. You MUST however find an experienced Lumineer dentist. Lumineers are much more difficult than veneers but so worth it when done properly! Bondings are less expensive and will look good temporarily but are less expensive for a reason.
