I had breast augmentation by Dr Darshn at 21, and 6 years later I am still frequently highly complimented on them!! I could not recommend him more, there was and still is so much care in the work he produces.
The Consultation: my first consultation with dr Darsh was online due to COVID-19. The call went for about 40 minutes where he explained to me everything about the surgery, my expectations and if I had any concerns. The second appointment was in person where we discussed about sizes and more about the procedure plus the before and after care. Dr Darsh is very friendly and professional. He gave me a lot of confidence about the surgery and he understood very well my expectations in terms of looking and size. I wanted my breasts not too big and very natural. His suggested my round implants, medium profile, dual plane, 300cc, mentor implants. The Doctor and his Team: dr Darsh and his team are amazing. Tatiana was very helpful and reachable throughout the entire process and his hospital team were very caring and professional. I felt safe and in good hands. Experience/Pain: I was very calm before my surgery and after it. My surgery was fairly quick and when I woke up all I felt was a lot of pressure on my chest. Right after waking up 2 nurses was with me helping me dressing up and preparing me to sit down and have some snack. The day one of the surgery I didn't feel much pain, my main struggle on day one was to sleep. The day 2 my breasts were very swollen and I felt a lot of discomfort while trying to stand up from a chair for example. Day 3 everything was getting better, no much pain and my breasts started to settle. Before and After Care: before the surgery dr Darsh asked my to keep myself hydrated, avoid some supplements, moisturize my breast with bio oil and stretch my chest muscles. For my after care, I received a notebook with all the information about after care. Updated on 5 Nov 2020: 3 months post op! Just can't love them enough. My recovery was really easy and my breasts did not have any complication at all. I have recently joined the gym and It took me a while to be able to work out my upper body. My nipples sensitivity are the same as before however it took over 2 months for the numbness around my breasts to go away. I am quite healthy so I believe that helped a lot with my recovery. Highly highly recommended!!! Thanks doc Darshn!!
Couldn't have been happier with Dr Dashn, he answers every question, makes you feel at ease, has a joke to ease the nerves and is just all over approachable and friendly. It's great to have a surgeon that you feel like really cares about you, your progress and your results. He was able to answer all questions and I felt like I got a lot of really good information before having to make a decision. Have seen a lot of his work and have been really impressed, so glad I found him!
Dr Darshn performed breast implant surgery upon me recently. I was impressed with Dr Darshn's excellent surgical skills and professionalism. His ability to listen, understand and give the best advice in regards to body type and expectations. He also has excellent 'people skills.' Something that I find very important in the medical field from the point of view of the patient. The whole experience was very pleasant and easy. I highly recommend Dr Darshn.....as I am so happy with my final result.
Dr Dash was fantastic. He was professional and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I couldn’t be happier with my results. He knew exactly what would suit my body type and Therefore was able to guide me to make the best decisions regarding size. I have already recommended him to a number of friends and will continue to recommend him to anyone who is thinking of having a breast augmentation.
I had the best experience from pre-op all the way to post-op thanks to Dr Dash! After meeting with different surgeons none made me feel as Confident in receiving the best outcome possible like Dr Dash. I felt 100% comfortable and safe in dr dash’s hands! I love my results and would recommend him 100% to anyone after cosmetic surgery.
Dr Dash was amazing ! I had breast augmentation 3 years ago and so happy with the results! I went from someone with no confidence to feeling so confident ! Having never had a surgery prior to my breast augmentation I was so nervous and scared about going under the knife, however dr Dash made me feel very comfortable, safe and made sure I made the right decision in my sizing. Highly recommend.
I had a consult with this doctor regarding an explant procedure. I was enquiring also about the release of some super to cover the costs . The doctor said "he would have to look into it "and didn't give me a definite no or yes answer .Upon the end of the consultation I was told I will receive follow up info within a week to ten days it has now been two weeks and I have received nothing .I have sent a follow up email with no one bothering to reply .Extremely unprofessional .At least if you don't offer patients to use super just say .not impressed at all
After discovering TCI, I found there were loads of very positive reviews online and I fell in love with every one of Dr Dash's results photos that I came across. I also work with a girl who had her BA done at TCI who was very happy with her results and they look very natural. Updated on 23 Jul 2017: Oh my gosh, the time has come round so quickly! Everything is paid for and I am scheduled for surgery in a week's time! To recap - I am getting round, textured 365cc implants under the muscle with a inframammary incision. I have attached some before images so that you guys can see what I mean when I explain what Dr Dash has told me is the problem I am most likely to encounter if any. So because the distance between my areola and inframammary crease is really short (aka LOW NIPS), Dr Dash is going to lower my crease by about 1cm or so. This lowering will hopfully mean that when implants are in, my nips will sit in a nice natural position, not underneath my boobs. The other problem we are battling with is my slightly tubular breasts (you can see this most in one of the before photos). This means that I have a really narrow width at the base of my breasts. So Dr Dash is going to score the tissue and muscle around the bottom of the impant so that the muscle fans out over the implant and creates a wider surface area. This is to avoid my natural breast tissue being more constricted than the implant and just sort of sitting on top, causing a double bubble. I did draw a diagram of the scoring as Dr Dash explained it to me, I never said I was an artist!! With the surgery date so close, I am still very excited but also starting to get nervous... I am super prepared with pillows and loose, zip up clothes, dry shampoo, sippy cup, baby wipes, ice packs etc. I am just a little worried about doing this on my own! I have my good friend looking after me the day of surgery but from day 2 onwards, I am basically on my own apart from my flatmates!
Hyaluronidase works almost immediately. This means it breaks down hyaluronic acid filler as soon as it comes into contact. It has a half life of 2 min with duration of action of 24 to 48hours depending on the density of the filler used. It is also important to understand that results may not be immediate- fluid swelling in the area and removal of by-products take time. If there is still some swelling after a week then it is more likely that not enough hyaluronidase was used or that there is some persistent scar tissue that wont respond to this treatment. It is always best to consult your treating physician in the days following your dissolving treatment.
A reported risk of dermal fillers to parts of the mid and upper face is retinal artery occlusion. This is caused by the filler being injected into a blood vessel and ending up in the arterial system of the face which then may lead to the retinal artery. I should add that these cases are rare and if your dermal filler is injected by a qualified and trained practitioner you should have nothing to worry about. Don't be afraid to ask how much experience your injector has had and what formal qualifications they hold. If you feel that you may have impaired vision after a dermal filler injection please seek medical assistance immediately.
Congratulations on a wonderful journey into motherhood. Skin can act in funny and interesting ways during pregnancy. Hormones and weight gain can cause a bloated appearance. Once your pregnancy is over the skin then may sag a little as it has been stretched. How well it goes back to its original elasticity is dependent on a number of different factors. Genetics and degree of stretch play an important role but there are factors we can control. Hydration, regular moisturising with a vitamin E rich cream and a healthy diet with lots of antioxidants will help. Loosing weight can actually cause the skin to look more gaunt and to sag. If all the above conservative management does not do the trick then maybe think about fillers to help you achieve the desired result you are looking for.
