After discovering TCI, I found there were loads of very positive reviews online and I fell in love with every one of Dr Dash's results photos that I came across. I also work with a girl who had her BA done at TCI who was very happy with her results and they look very natural.

Oh my gosh, the time has come round so quickly! Everything is paid for and I am scheduled for surgery in a week's time!
To recap - I am getting round, textured 365cc implants under the muscle with a inframammary incision. I have attached some before images so that you guys can see what I mean when I explain what Dr Dash has told me is the problem I am most likely to encounter if any.
So because the distance between my areola and inframammary crease is really short (aka LOW NIPS), Dr Dash is going to lower my crease by about 1cm or so. This lowering will hopfully mean that when implants are in, my nips will sit in a nice natural position, not underneath my boobs.
The other problem we are battling with is my slightly tubular breasts (you can see this most in one of the before photos). This means that I have a really narrow width at the base of my breasts. So Dr Dash is going to score the tissue and muscle around the bottom of the impant so that the muscle fans out over the implant and creates a wider surface area. This is to avoid my natural breast tissue being more constricted than the implant and just sort of sitting on top, causing a double bubble. I did draw a diagram of the scoring as Dr Dash explained it to me, I never said I was an artist!!
With the surgery date so close, I am still very excited but also starting to get nervous... I am super prepared with pillows and loose, zip up clothes, dry shampoo, sippy cup, baby wipes, ice packs etc. I am just a little worried about doing this on my own! I have my good friend looking after me the day of surgery but from day 2 onwards, I am basically on my own apart from my flatmates!
