My experience with west aesthetics was amazing from start to finish… anything I asked wasn’t too much trouble… the hospital over in Istanbul makes our UK hospitals look very bad This private hospital was so clean… so well looked after. My surgeon Dr Soner Tezcan was friendly, understanding and clearly very experienced. My medical co ordinator Yusra was very sweet, kind friendly and very professional… her English was amazing too. I had a revision Breast Augmentation. Thank you West Aesthetics for looking after me. I was very nervous to travel to Istanbul… don’t question it put your trust in these lovely people.

A complete waste of my money and time. My experience with Dr. Soner Tezcan and Zaren Clinic was horrific and frankly, life-threatening. I traveled all the way from South Africa for my second round of a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) and received nothing but disregard, unauthorized procedures, and a terrifying surgical ordeal. Disregard for Consent and Wishes Dr. Soner Tezcan completely disregarded my wishes and dictated the procedure he wanted to perform, not the one I consented to. When I requested a fuller butt, he briefly marked two small circles on my glutes, as a supposed compromise. During the surgery, he added fat only to my sides, leaving my buttocks flat. I woke up feeling nothing was added to the main area of my buttock. Now, six weeks post-op, the middle of my butt feels disappointingly soft. To add salt to the wound, he performed a procedure without my consent: he liposuctioned my thighs around my hips. My wishes were entirely overlooked, making my expensive and time-consuming journey utterly pointless. Crucially, this disregard cannot be blamed on a language barrier; the doctor spoke proper English, yet still chose to ignore my explicit requests. The Problematic Zaren Clinic Coordinator & Unkept Promises The warning signs were evident from my interactions with the Zaren clinic coordinator. It’s clear they only care about the money you bring and not the patient experience. The coordinator pressured me for an immediate payment to reserve my date, only to attempt to change my booking a day before my flight! The mental gymnastics I had to go through to convince this woman to honour my original date already put a bad taste in my mouth. Furthermore, knowing I was traveling alone, the coordinator promised that I would have someone check on me daily at the hotel post-surgery. This promise was not honored, leaving me without the critical support I was assured. Life-Threatening Complications & Hospital Accountability What followed the procedure was a life-threatening situation. The day after surgery, I was taken to the hotel. I felt unwell but initially dismissed it as post-surgery jitters. I woke from a nap with a blocked throat and a dangerously high temperature, that I had to be rushed back to the hospital. It was only then that Dr. Soner Tezcan casually informed me that my blood pressure had dropped significantly just before surgery, and they proceeded anyway. The lack of transparency and the hospital's decision to continue surgery under such critical conditions is shocking and reckless. I deeply regret choosing Dr. Soner Tezcan and Zaren Clinic. I urge anyone considering them to seek a different provider who prioritises patient safety, consent, and desired outcomes.
