After surgery, changes continue for up to 6 months. The time to consider a revision depends on may factors, including the degree of the problem, if improvement is ongoing, and physician routine. In general, revisional surgery should not be considered until 3 months have passed. If the problem is improving, one can wait longer. 

It does not appear you have a hematoma, based on the picture. Hematomas present as one breast being significantly larger than the other and having excessive bruising and swelling. You should check with your surgeon, who can examine you and confirm this.

It is common to have some residual contour changes after abdominoplasty. Many of these changes will improve spontaneously with time (3-6 months). You should discuss this with your surgeon if the areas do not improve to your satisfaction.

Sounds like your surgeon is doing the right thing. It is hard to tell from the pictures if this is a hematoma, but draining the area if the swelling persists may help it heal better. 

It is common to have some residual concerns following breast augmentation. There are still changes related to healing for up to 3 months after surgery. At that time, you should discuss any adjustments you feel would improve the appearance. It may be something simple like a small peri-areolar lift on one side. Most surgeons are happy to discuss this with their patients.
