Yes this should be fine.&nbsp; I have a patient who gets these treatments in her 90s.&nbsp; The results may not be dramatic so I would worry&nbsp; more about disappointment than I would worry about side effects/safety .&nbsp; Often at this age there are a lot of details that can be treated and by treating one small area, the others can become more noticeable.

It looks like these are bruises at the site of the puncture&nbsp; i would use cold compresses to help with the swelling and be patient.&nbsp; It is too early to have the hyaluronidase.&nbsp; Re check in a week with the injector.&nbsp; Steroids can help with the swelling but I wouldn't go there right away

I would let your provider know but I suspect it will be ok. If there is a bruise on that side you may be uneven until that resolves. Lips are &nbsp;very prone to swelling and you need to plan ahead for that

Also, if your provider is skilled they will be confident enough to charge an appropriate fee for their services. &nbsp;If it is too low of a price, they may be using a lesser quality in some other area. This sounds like benign sun damage however the brown spot should be examined by a dermatologist. If it is atypical,they will want to remove it and evaluate it under the microscope. If it looks harmless then they will be able to offer you laser or peels to improve the appearance.&nbsp;
