If I could select ALL for staff member I would have. Everyone I came in contact with at Dr. Salemy’s office was kind, knowledgeable and helpful on every level. After meeting other Doctors previously for consultations for breast augmentation I knew instantly that Dr. Salemy and his staff were different. I was put at ease right away and felt comfortable and heard through out the entire process, before and after. My questions and concerns were met with respect and understanding and were answered promptly and thoroughly. Every step of the way was explained to me in detail via verbal and written means. I had a breast augmentation back in July after having a child. Let me say I am beyond happy with the results and would do it over again!! I've always had saggy breasts that faced down. I booked a few consultations with different doctors in Seattle and went through with the procedure with Dr Salemy. I'm 4 days post op currently. Will update pictures as time goes on.

2022 bra shopping: I looked down at my chest. My breasts looked like deflated balloons, one droopier than the other with nipples that looked like crumpled Tootsie Rolls. They became permanently elongated primarily from constantly pumping on the highest setting with flanges that did not properly fit. These bad boys went through two amazing journeys of providing and nourishing my kids but oh, how I longed to be bustier again when they were engorged. I wore size 32 A bras since puberty as that was the smallest size available in most stores and never bothered to actually get a proper fitting. Now, the thought of having to buy a smaller bra was defeating when the gaping and bulging of the cup edge was even more evident. It brought up the most negative memory I’ve harbored since my teens when someone cruelly joked to me that I had mosquito bites instead of boobs. I was tired of feeling insecure wearing certain clothing and during intimacy and I knew it was finally time to consider a breast augmentation that I had been patiently waiting for.
Nov. 2022: I was referred to Dr. Salemy by my lovely coworker who also had a breast augmentation done by him. At my consultation, I settled for 285 cc for the left breast and 305 cc for the right, which was the maximum size he recommended due to my petite frame, and I also opted for the nipple reduction. He mentioned I would have a gap/wider set breasts but I already understood that from where my pectoralis muscles naturally attached to the sternum. I felt comfortable with Dr. Salemy's knowledge, confidence, skill, and honesty about my surgery that I did not seek consultations elsewhere.
July 2023: Anxiety plagued me on surgery day but the anesthesiologist, Dr. Erlitz, had a calm and delightful demeanor that helped calm my nerves. While I was laying cozily under a heated comforter listening to “Oh Devil” by Electric Guest playing in the background, I distinctly remember my last thought prior to being under general anesthesia was “dang, this is pretty sweet!” It truly doesn’t get any better than this so shout out to the rest of my surgery team: Angela, Lindsey and Raven for taking exceptional care of me!
Surgery and post-op healing was a BREEZE. My pain level was at a steady 1 while on celecoxib and gabapentin, I took zero oxycodone and at my one day post-op, I told him that I felt like a million bucks — it was like I didn’t even have surgery. By day three I was only taking Tylenol and my pain level at its worst was a 3 from those random zingers. The most discomfort endured were from the nerves of my nipples waking up during the 2nd week and they also have been high-beamin’ 24/7 since, but I ain’t complaining! Several other reviews mention the bandeau being uncomfortable and digging in the armpits but I didn’t experience that. I went back to work after two weeks with no discomfort but became sore from not taking into consideration how much lateral movement I do for my occupation. I purchased the silicone scar cream and tape but use the latter majority of the time while also attempting to massaging the scars as often as I remember.
After my 6 week post-op I was actually looking forward to getting professionally fit for a new bra size. I’m now a 28 E (sister sizes would be 30 DD and 32 D for reference) and I would highly recommend visiting The Pencil Test in Renton for a proper fitting compared to Victoria's Secret and Nordstroms. The girls look phenomenal — symmetrical, perky, the perfect amount of roundness, and best of all, the nipples are on fleek! I’ve now bought and worn clothing that showcases the décolleté such as lingerie, bikinis, low cut tops and I absolutely feel more sexy, feminine and overall, complete. Goodbye hesitation and hello to this newfound radiance of confidence!

To anyone contemplating a procedure, it’s understandable to have any reservations — but honestly, don't. It’s been 6 months since my breast augmentation + nipple reduction and I wanted to further invest in my self-esteem and confidence with a boudoir photo session at Hush & Wild Boudoir in Pioneer Square. The photo book will be a surprise gift to my hubs for his unconditional love and support but I also get to provide some elevated photos compared to the previous selfies ;) The ladies at H&W are amazing and made it such an empowering experience!

I'm still ecstatic about my results and it truly has done wonders for me, especially self-love and appreciation. Cheers to being able to be/feel sexy and having a confident demeanor!

I am writing this message to send my heartfelt thank you, Dr. Salemy and staff, for the utter transformation I feel from my procedure! After birthing three children and breast feeding continuously for almost a decade, my body was so tired looking! I didn’t feel that way on the inside, as “enthusiasm for life” is one of my core values… but “worn out” was certainly the outward appearance.

Getting a mommy makeover was absolutely the best investment in myself I have ever made. I have absolutely zero regrets. How I feel on the inside now matches how I look on the outside – 50 years young! My ten year old daughter says she feels like I am getting younger instead of older, and quite honestly, that is how I feel too! I feel happy and confident looking in the mirror, wearing a bathing suit, going clothes shopping, partner dancing, presenting at conferences, wearing lingerie, roller skating, biking, hiking in a tank top, pole dancing, lap dancing…etc.

I am grateful for this second chance at embracing being present in my body at midlife. To be confidently dating in my 50s with my renewed body has been an exuberant adventure. While I don’t really need the compliments at this point, I must admit it adds to my youthful feeling to be told by men I have a perfect body and my breasts are “exquisite”!

Thank you for launching me and my rejuvenated body into a completely positive life chapter. I think by feeling so good, I am making those I am around feel good too – I love being able to share all the joy. The work you do has an amazing ripple effect beyond just this particular client and the procedure you performed. I had surgery with Dr Salemy on 4/20 to correct the size difference between my breasts and lift them back up where they belong. I am about 5 weeks out and recovery has really been a breeze. He told me at my first post op check in that he removed as much as he could from the left breast but it was still slightly larger. Initially I was very happy with my results but as the weeks go by, I'm not so sure. I really don't understand why he couldn't take more from the left side. I have seen some very dramatic reductions and mine was pretty minimal. I didn't need any drains which I am thankful for but at the same time seems to suggest that more could have been done. I wouldn't really care about the still existing size difference because it is a big improvement to what it was. The thing is, my nipple on the left side is noticeably larger than the right. That really doesn't make sense to me since he was creating a new size anyway and could have made them match better. I read a lot of reviews of Dr Salemy saying how great his bedside manner is and how personable and caring he is. I did not have enough time with him to be able to witness that. My pre-op and post- op visits with him were very short (about 10 minutes) and he didn't follow up with a call to me a week later as he told me he would. Instead, I met with his nurse. The nurses were very nice and answered my questions but I felt neglected by the doctor. In general, it seems like he breezed through my surgery and didn't give it or me much thought. I have my six week check in soon; maybe it will be different then.

I did talk to Dr Salemy about my concerns. He was very apologetic about how I felt right before & after the surgery. He also acknowledged that one areola was larger and could be fixed. Actually at almost a year post-op, they look more symmetrical though left is still a bit bigger. My vertical scars are pretty light but under my left breast there is a part that is still pretty dark. There is one area where the scar is larger and still dark. Because I had a reduction on the left breast, the scars extend further. Overall, I am satisfied with the results. I lost a lot of weight over the past year so my breasts are smaller and I don’t have “upper pole” fullness. I am still considering whether to get small implants to even them out even more and add fullness to the top areas but we’ll see.
