Great Experience & Even Better Results

Had a great experience with him at CG Cosmetics. He was very down to earth and willing to answer any questions I had. Even once I got back home he still made this experience feel smooth. He addressed and answering all my questions & concerns in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend him for a TT/MR/Lipo!!

Complete Satisfied

I have been planning on getting plastic surgery a long time I saw CG Cosmetics on Instagram got in contact with Victoria who was my coordinator she went far and above from finances to answering my questions about treatment. I came from California to Florida for the procedure because I was amazed at the work Dr Loessin has done. I am very satisfied with the results and it’s only been a week. I can’t wait to go back for my BBL. If you want a good surgeon and staff that makes it easy to finance and the whole process and who answers your questions go to CG Cosmetics and ask for Victoria as your surgery coordinator. Thank you CG!

The GOAT!

No bruising whatsoever. A tiny bit of swelling, but zero pain. I had an ugly turkey neck, my face was drooping, and I appeared much older than I actually am. I felt 22 again after the mini facelift and I couldn’t be happier! He’s so amazing! Definitely going back to him!

Liset Perez operada 5/27/2025

Amazing Person

Wonderful surgeon. Actually took the time to discuss the procedure and you can tell he is a good person. All of the staff have nothing but good things to say about him. Took time to explain everything and left me with his cellphone number so I could reach him if I have any issues.

Chop Shop with Amazing Results

this review is extremely long, but it’s my entire experience When you reach out to the clinic, you'll be assigned a coordinator. This person will be your point of contact until you get to the clinic. They'll ask you for some pictures and from there you'll find out what surgeon you're going to get. I got Dr Loessin. His work doing mommy makeovers is AMAZING. There were months from that initial point and I honestly feel like the communication was subpar at times. I had to re-send documents multiple times, ask questions multiple times, and the end was stressful because when my payment was due I told them I would send the wire in a few days, they canceled my surgery and it was super stressful trying to get everything back on track, as I had booked flights and the hotel by then. finally, it’s pre-op day. They tell you to be there at 8 AM, but is 8 AM for everyone else as well, So it seems like the earlier you get there the earlier you’ll be seeing regardless of the time. If you need to buy something for your surgery, remember that they only take cash, but there’s an ATM. I sat there for three hours before someone realized I need to talk to accounting Before I could continue the process. The surgeon declined to do one of the things I wanted, the fat transfer to my hips. I was fine with that, but frustrated that I had sat there so long. Every single person I spoke to, from the front desk to the nurses, were very short into the point, curt. I was bounced around quite a lot a bit before I saw the surgeon. In this place, you have to advocate for yourself and ask questions because nobody really volunteered a lot of information. Finally I met the good surgeon. I got a tummy tuck with flank liposuction, an implant exchange, and anchor lift and larger implants. I showed him a picture of what I was going for. My prior surgery with another surgeon, they put a bra on and then put different size implant in it so I could get an idea of what it would look like, but they didn’t do that here. I asked him what size implants he was thinking, and he said “we’ll have to see what size implants you have now and go from there. “ because I didn't remember the size I had. He was patient and friendly enough But there wasn’t a lot of information when it came to how the implants will be placed, and how the surgeries would be done. He looked me over physically, and that was that, it took a little more than four hours. The next day was surgery day. I went in, got changed and they asked me if I would do a video to which I agreed. The Nurse anesthesiologist came in, asked Some questions, and after that the doctor came in and marked me up. That was the last time I saw him again. After about an hour, I was wheeled into the OR. They put me to sleep before the doctor came in, and I was being observed when I woke up. I was in a lot of pain and so was everyone around me. They gave me Tylenol for it, but I caught the anesthesiologist before she left and she gave me something stronger. The young ladies that were observing us mostly sat around and ate chips and drunk soda, and chatted amongst themselves. Finally, I was wheeled out to my companion. I asked them for aftercare instructions and they told me it was in the bag. That was it for surgery day. The next day was my post-op care appointment. It was very informative and the lady was very nice, but it was a lot of rapid fire information and I wish we would’ve gotten everything written down. I got an email with instructions for breast augmentation care, but not for tummy tuck and didn’t get a response when I asked for it. The lymphatic massage was a joke. Not worth the price, maybe 15 minutes long but I plan to continue getting them when I get home. I asked the masseuse for another binder since mine was bloody from the surgery and she declined to give me one unless I paid for it. But for the most important part, my results. Although I’m only three days past my surgery, I’m extremely happy so far. I have a ton of swelling in my belly is rock hard so it will be months before I can see closer to the final results, and you've got to remember that this isn't an overnight transformation, and be easy on yourself. But there’s a reason I flew to Miami to get this done, besides the price. Everything was going to cost almost 30k in Colorado, but here it was 10k. Dr Loessin's work is stunning. I'm overall very happy. I also had to leave before I could get my drains removed, and I’ll have to get my follow up care from my local physician.

DUPE - A Chop Shop with a Purpose.

So just so we're clear here, this place is a revolving door of bodies. If you're looking for highly personalized care from a team, you're not going to get it but the results are amazing. I am very pleased

I went to CG cosmetic because a family member had a procedure there and she had a good experience. I am 32, had a gastric bypass done when I was 20 years old and I’ve had 3 children. My skin was already loose and had small breasts after the GP and my dream was to do a MMO after being done having kids. I booked my procedure 2 months before, I went to my pre-op (took 2.5 hrs, as I had my labs done by my PCP). That day I met with Dr Loessin and he was very nice and pleasant, he asked me personal questions to get to know me and answered all my questions. He recommended 350cc implants. But I said 400cc and he said ok! The next day I asked him: “do you think 400cc would look like an exaggeration in my body?” And he gave me an honest answer: yes, because you are small, if you want them to look bigger maybe do 375cc. I was happy and we went with that, it was pleasing to hear an honest advice and not a doctor that just does whatever the patient says. The procedure took 2 hours. I am still very swollen, but I want to say that I cried the day I took this picture in bathing suit, it was a dream that I thought would never come true but it is here now and I am very pleased. Dr Loessins work is amazing. The only thing is that at CG you are kind of left to do research and educate yourself on your own, but if you ask questions and reach out they’ll gladly answer.

Amazed at the results - I feel absolutely incredible

I have been planning a tummy tuck ever since using my first child. I researched many surgeons and looked at a lot of before and afters when deciding to pull the trigger. I decided to do it in florida because of how impressed I was with this surgeons post op for TT. I booked in august 2023, and my surgery was on November 28, 2023 in Miami Florida. (That's today btw!) I have a very large pain tolerance, and I believe that is definitely helping the situation. My pain is moderated with OTC pain meds (no narcotics) I feel absolutely incredible . And although you del lol your in a factory assembly line on pre op- the surgery day goes by very quickly. Dr loessin spoke to me for only a minute but I had my questions all answered and I was ready to pocero w my procedure. I'm amazed at the results. I'm not going to lie- I was expecting the worst just so I could be happy with my results regardless. But he did not disappoint. He was able to take the majority of the stretch marked skin, and I am still Able to straighten out most the way already. My privately rented RN was amazed at how nice of a on he did, how little pain I had, and the quickness of the surgery. I have some pictures I'd like to share

I have so much fluid in my belly

Dr. Loessin was absolutely incredible. From the moment i met him i was very comfortable and felt positive about my procedure. He had a great aura and a happy face that made me smile. After my operation I was even more satisfied with my results. I wish i would have done this when i was younger. The only issue i had was certainly not with him or his work but by the post opp Dr. I feel she should be fired!!! On my one week post opp visit, I told her i had a full drain before i left the house and by the time i got there it was almost full again. She still insisted on removing my drains. Now i have so much fluid in my belly. Its extremely uncomfortable and I feel that she ruined the beautiful work of my Dr. I have to travel to remove the fluid so its a big problem for me. I really feel as if the Dr. should have a serious review over the post opp office. Im hoping i can come there and possibly be reopened and have a drain re inserted because now i have a buldgy belly and its not fair to me or the dr's work.
