I had hip and thigh lipo here a while back and Dr. Sessions did a great job. I had a very positive experience with his staff and because I was in good health, my results were excellent, and healing was fast. I've been able to maintain my results, I think because I am also committed to taking care of my body. To get your best possible results, diet and exercise will contribute to positive results and fast healing.
From the first consultation to the final post-op check-up, Dr. Sessions’s surgical skills, his dedication to his patients and the care and attention he and his staff give to each individual is nothing short of remarkable. I am very pleased with with the results of my first procedure over a year ago. I feel like I was given 15 years back. Now looking forward to another procedure in a few months. You won't find a more caring environment anywhere else.
I am shocked after reading Some of the reviews because my experiance was wonderful! I had a Mommy Makeover done on January 20, 2018 and although I am still healing and swollen as I am writing this, I couldn't be happier with my results. My tummy tuck incision is low and perfect. My breasts look beautiful!! Dr. Sessions is kind and has amazing bedside manners. He answered all my questions and put any worries I had at ease. He has the best staff!!!! Rachelle, Jennifer, and Frieda. They all played such a huge part in my surgery and recovery. I am so pleased I choose Dr. Sessions for my surgery, and will recommend him to everybody!!!
Lost a lot of weight and developed a significant gobbler that made me look older than I feel, so after a significant amount of thought decided to move forward. I had gone down to Mexico and received a hair transplant in June ($3000 for about 1500 grafts; too soon to evaluate, as it doesn't really start growing in for 4+ months...) and got an estimate there for my neck lift. Had heard about Dr. Sessions here in the San Diego area, went in and the estimate was virtually the same. Scheduled it for the following week and had it done Sept 23rd. Operation was a breeze, with only a burning/stinging sensation the evening of the operation, but that subsided the next day. My wife and I even stopped and enjoyed lunch at a restaurant on the way home from the "day after" appointment. My only concern is that here I am 26 days after surgery and I still have a significant amount of swelling! The areas below both ears are still puffy to the point that its pulling on the area where the sutures were and splitting a tiny bit. My ears and neck are numb, as is my jawline. On my jaw on my left side about halfway to my chin is an egg shaped bump with a dimple in the middle; on my right size a dime size similar bump. I'm thinking, based on what I'm seeing, that its taking longer than usual. Should I be concerned? Updated on 19 Oct 2015: Updated on 22 Jul 2016: At this point I could not be more pleased! The swelling and unevenness (as the Dr. said) has dissipated and I have a smooth natural appearance. Still a little numbness in my jawline/upper neck, and the scars on the back of my neck are a little red/tender at times, but all-in-all, I'd do it again in a heartbeat. Probably the easiest, quickest way to take years off your appearance!

Had Liposculpture 5 years ago. I'm above average height, and skinny. I didn't want to lose weight, just have some of those nasty spots fixed. Had I posted right after my surgery, I would have told EVERYONE to run out and do it. There was pain at first, but I'm tough, and I worked less than a week after surgery. I healed amazingly fast with no complications, and even the bruising was minor. Had my lower ab done, as well as flanks (saddle bags)and inner thighs. At first I looked pretty good, but that's because of the swelling. When that goes away, which can take a long time, there's definately sagginess. My belly-button will forever frown after the surgery. I went to my doctor to show him that I had a lump over the button that made it bulge and frown...he tried to do a quick fix under local anesthetic, but it didn't work...it looks sadder than ever...always looking toward the ground. The belly-lump is visible through clothing...looks a little like a hernia. My inner thighs had indents from the get-go after surgery, which just make them look a little weird. My flanks were lipoed, but they're more cellulite-y now than ever. I can never get into a bathing suit, and haven't been able to do so for four years...those days are over. I'd like to go to another doctor and see if I can get "fixed", but it just seems like a lot to spend these days. I do look pretty good in clothing, which is at least one positive thing to say.
I went to Dr. Sessions on the recommendation of a friend. I asked for a reduction and lift using the lollipop incision. When I woke up from surgery I had a giant upside down T incision, my breasts were NO smaller and to my horror my nipples were placed WAY too high on my chest. I was devastated. On every follow up visit I voiced this concern and he ignored me. I has spent almost 2 years with my nipples popping out the top of every swimsuit, tank top, bra and dress I owned, I was miserable. I made the decision to have revision surgery in 2022 to fix his mistakes. I had to pay $12K for the surgery and although that surgeon was brilliant and my breasts look SO much better, the nipples are still just too damn high, there was only so much he could do. Avoid Dr. Sessions at all cost, having been through the same procedure twice now I can say that everything about him across the board, from incisions, to stitching to technique and follow-up are HORRIBLE. Do your research, don't make the same mistake I did, I will regret it forever.
To improve self-esteem. Obviously, my self-esteem is worse.
