Adult Tongue Tie Release

Lasered tongue tie to prevent and/or stop health conditions which it may have caused. Procedure didn't hurt. Slight pain afterwards. Not easy on the eyes, yikes! Exercises after procedure may be annoying. After much research and experience with lasering ties with my daughter, then 9 days old, I realized I had a tongue tie as well (which is related to MTHFR, a genetic mutation that both of us have) and wanted to get rid of it. Tongue ties (lip ties as well) can cause many health conditions. Procedure: numbing cream, then a little novacaine on tongue tie site, then lasered for a couple seconds. One minute tops. Didn't feel anything. Just smelled smoke. After the novacaine wore off, it felt a bit sore. I took an arnica pellet right after procedure. Took another one when I started feeling a bit of pain after the novacaine wore off. 5 mins later, pain was gone :) I love my homeopathic cell salts. Anyways, bleeding was gone after procedure was done. Will update with how exercises and healing went. Updated on 29 Jan 2018: No pain. Slight discomfort when I eat and talk because I'm afraid of scratching the site with my bottom front teeth which are crooked/pulled inward because of the tightness of the tie. Stretches were easy and no pain there as well. Towards the end of the night, I started feeling teeth sensitivity, mostly on the bottom front teeth. I know that releasing tension will result in some pain because the muscles are now loosened and have to get used to their new "position" (my body as well). Forgot to mention that I already feel my upper shoulders and neck's muscles loosened and lighter! Last night I felt tense and loose at the same time because of the muscle tension loosening. Then I woke up today feeling new! My shoulders and neck felt so light. They felt elongated! It was a refreshing feel! Remember that the tongue is the fastest healing organ on the body. It already looks like it's healing well. Updated on 30 Jan 2018: Zero pain. Stretching urgency is annoying, but a must. No pain there neither. Just sensitivity in the four front teeth. Healing well.
