I agree with Dr. Pelosi that this is not surgically feasible. I do agree with his suggestion to seek out other suggestions that may address what is making you feel so self conscious. Wish you the best of luck!

I agree with the other physicians who have answered, that this is normal remnants of your hymen. It is your personal decision to have that area reconstructed and can be discussed with your surgeon.

Thank you for your question and your history.  It is hard to tell based off of the photos alone if you have any prolapse.  Prolapse can be in more than one compartment (bladder, uterus/upper vagina, rectum, and perineum).  It is best to document prolapse on examination, as well as your kegel muscle strength, with a Urogynecologist while you are straining or bearing down.  The term vaginal rejuvenation is very vague, and depending on your exam and what is found, there are a few different options for you.  Surgery with reconstruction is one option, and energy based treatments (such as laser or radiofrequency) are another option.  Best of luck on your journey!

I am a fellowship trained Urogynecologist (Female Pelvic Medicine & Reconstructive Surgeon), but am not familiar with these tablets.  Upon review of the herbal ingredients, there are none that stand out to me as being effective or for "vaginal tightening".  I certainly hope this answer helps.
