I just started out with 3 "squares" to see if it would work on stubborn lower belly fat. I'm 5 feet tall and 110 lbs. It did absolutely nothing!!!! Save your money. It did hurt a little bit but it really wasn't that bad. She told me it was going to take 3 months to really see the full effects. I wish I had thought to take pictures but I didn't. But I did measure myself and I still have a 28 inch waist. I'm going to get real lipo next time.
