I love my new set of twins ! hahaa I got them done back in December of 2012 , and haven't had any issues with them since then ! I got 350cc Saline under the muscle which gives a more natural look and feel because your actual breast is on top.. I was around a A-Cup and i am now a C-Cup sometimes a B-Cup depending on the bra.. But i would definitely recommend Dr. Sharma , everything went so well with him , and if i had any questions or issues i was able call him directly on his cell..
So I recently just decided to get my BA , I went in to see my Dr , talked to the nurse and tried a sizers and to tell you the truth I only tried one size , the 415cc and I loved them , nurse agreed those were perfect for me , called Dr and he agreed , said I had not much muscle or tissue in my deflated boobs , I am literally less than a 34A maybe double A (AA) , he said they will look perfect with my body Preop is May 1st Surgery May 12th Updated on 14 Apr 2017: Counting the days ! Updated on 10 May 2017: Here is a pic of how deflated they are /look ... so you can have an idea Updated on 10 May 2017: Prepping your skin before surgery, found this information thought it might be super helpful for those of you who's Dr like mine just gave me the papers to read and did not explain lol////.............Before surgery, you can play an important role in your health. Because skin is not sterile, you can reduce the number of germs on your skin by carefully washing before surgery. Please follow these instructions. IMPORTANT: You will need to shower with a special soap called chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG). A common brand name for this soap is Hibiclens, but any brand is acceptable. The soap comes in a liquid form and can be purchased at most pharmacies, or from the hospital’s gift shop. You will only need a small bottle, about 4-6 ounces. Bathing Instructions You will take two CHG showers. The first shower should be taken two days before surgery and the second shower the night before surgery. With each shower, if you are going to wash your hair, wash as usual with your normal shampoo. Rinse your hair and body thoroughly afterward to remove the residue. Do not shave the area of your body where your surgery will be performed. Any new cut, abrasion or rash on your surgical extremity will need to be evaluated and may cause a delay in your procedure. Turn water off before applying the CHG soap to prevent rinsing it off too soon. Apply the soap to your entire body from the jaw down, using a clean washcloth or your hands. Do not use CHG near your eyes, ears, nose or mouth. Wash thoroughly for five minutes, paying special attention to the area where your surgery will be performed. Do not scrub your skin too hard. Do not wash with your regular soap after using the CHG. Turn the water back on and rinse your body well. Pat yourself dry with a fresh, clean, soft towel after each shower. Put on clean clothes or pajamas. Use freshly laundered bed linens for the first night. Do not apply any lotions, perfumes or powders after use. Just knocked out b/c of the pills !! , Updated on 13 May 2017: Updated on 14 May 2017: Hello everyone so first off I had my BA on Friday May 12 , surgery went well , recovery was more then I wanted b/c Dr said I woke up in middle of surgery and had to give me more anesthesia....so recovery was 2 hrs that I woke up from the anesthesia. I was talking a lot of crazy things , I keep remembering little by little , that night I slept really good , I took all my meds and my friend was here to help me , no pain that day just pressure and it wasn't too bad , PO1 was a good day except I woke up at 5am with a little bit of pain b/c I forgot to wake up at 4am to take my pain med overall it was a good day I walked her and there but my left incision was bothering a bit when I walked , that night which was last night I kept walking up at times 11, 1, 2, 4, 7am idk why but every time I went van to sleep it wasn't a bad night it's just I kept waking up for no reason but no pain at all , thank God. Today PO2 I took a nice shower my friend helped me take off and put on pants that's it . Did I mention I went to the bathroom all the time my friend brought me to the bathroom but I wiped and flushed and pulled my pants up , wow I was impressed I did so well . I also saw my Dr yesterday PO1 just to make sure everything was fine and he said my boobs are lovely he told me he will see me in a week PostOp ! If any questions, ask !! Updated on 15 May 2017: Here are some pics of post op day 3 , it's been a good day so far , I was able to get up dress my kids and make breakfast so my bro could get them to school , I feel a lot of gushing in my boobs also , I've been putting ice on them and hot packs in my back b/cit hurts a bit. That's all for now Updated on 16 May 2017: Hey everyone today I was in the house all day , it was a good day , I showered myself , did a few things here and there (lightly ). My mom came over and helped me bath my kids b/c I can't lift my arms just yet , at least I don't want to until I see the Dr and he gives me the "go" . , I'm also having back pains but they go away and come, it's not that bad. Also I continue to put ice on my boobs , helps tons , cause my boobs still feel super tight. Updated on 17 May 2017: So today is my pod5 I am feeling more myself although I'm still a bit sore and I get tired so easily ughhh ! Today I drove and felt great , went for some groceries and I only carried 2 very light bags , (like bread and some boxes of muffins ) things like that. What else ...... I checked one of my incisions I will post a pic of it as well , tomorrow is my 1 week appointment and they will take off the other clean and I think they said they will put more strips on it to cover , today I also changed my bra for the first time b/c I wanted to wash the other one. Off pain killers which you guys knew , just taking my antibiotics and muscle relaxers, overall I think I had a great day , my back didn't hurt today , I can say I just feel kinda heavy maybe it's just my incision cause sometimes I find myself walking weird or like leaning forward a bit .... anyways I'll update tomorrow Updated on 17 May 2017: Here are more pics with another sports bra I changed into Updated on 18 May 2017: So today I went for my 1 week appointment saw the Dr he said everything looked perfect , I was happy to hear that and they took pictures , showed me some massages and gave me more instructions as to keep wearing this tight darn strap for another week day and night and then I could start using it only at night etc .... I also weighed myself there to my surprise 136.3lbs with my newest addition haha ! Hmm what else after a couple massages and stretching my boobs pain started again no huge pain but it sucks. Can my skin and boobs just get with the program ! Can't wait for these weeks to go by and my body just got use to having them there.... anyways good day overall did a couple errands today and felt great for the most part. I've noticed so many changes and so much softness although I have a long way to go still but at least no more hard boobs , now I'm starting to sleep on my sides and I also notice going down the stairs they are starting have movement, not much but they are not like rocks in there any more . Happy with my results More details on the 5-6 update post Updated on 11 Jul 2017: I haven't been around as much as I use to but I figured I fue you guys an update and some pics , my boobs are going amazing , I don't even remember they are done they feel so mine. They look how they use to when I use to breastfeed my babies , I def feel I should've gone bigger , I don't feel they are big at all. Right now I only have one stitch on each boob on that one side still peeking through. And I've ran already ,I pick up heavy things ,, I'm back to as normal as can be. They are super jiggly , they feel super natural and they are so soft , can not tell they are done unless I tell you or of course if yo see the scar.
