Dr. Pritchard was just amazing. Made me feel comfortable. He staff is amazing from Margot to Debra just beyond helpful. I stayed over nice and my over night nurses were also amazing. The first time Debra let me see the results I cried. I was so happy. It’s been six weeks since my surgery and I can’t complain about anything. This week my binder finally comes off me which I’m beyond excited about. The scar omg just amazing...I’m healing fantastic. I have to go for my finally follow up Feb 8/19.
Dr. Pritchard is hands down the best plastic surgeon in Toronto. A true artist who also understands how to reduce scarring to a minimum and hasten a quick recovery. Excellent bedside manner, soft spoken and professional.
I had an amazing time with Dr. Pritchard and his staff! I would like to thank Dr. Pritchard again for all that he has done for me. I had my first rhinoplasty with him a few years ago and I LOVED my results. He has such great bedside manner and he really ensures that you are comfortable through out the entire pre and post surgery. His staff are very attentive and VERY nice. All of the nurses are amazing and are there with you the entire way through the recovery; they even check up on you once you are sent home. I had a second revision tip surgery a few years after (when I was finished school and had time to properly recover). I was very pleased with my first result but we both agreed on some tip revision. My nose is ABSOLUTELY perfect now and I wasn't even sure that my nose could get any better. Whenever I had a question about the surgery post or pre somebody was always there to answer my calls or e-mails. On a side note, after my first surgery with Dr. Pritchard I had more bleeding than expected (individual issue) and Dr. Pritchard was VERY attentive over this matter. He opened his office the following day (they were not working, I cannot seem to remember if it was the weekend or not) just to see me to make sure that everything was alright. His bedside manner was extremely amazing and made my parents and I very thankful for choosing Dr. Pritchard. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pritchard to others who are looking for an amazing surgeon with great results!
Dr. Sandy Pritchard is incredible. I was fortunate to have him do my upper and lower bleph and also rhinoplasty. He is kind, best in his field and after 14? years (I forgot...maybe 12 years? :) ) the results are fab! He is the best and knows a face like no other surgeon. I think his specialty are eyes and simply second to none in his field!
Wanted to get rid of the extra thighs I had had since high school regardless of what I did excercise or diet-wise
Came in for consultation today, waited for 1 hour, and the consultation only took 10 minutes !!!!! I know Dr. Pritchard probably thinks he is the end all and be all, but why charge for consultations that you show up late to? It's my first time do plastic surgery and Dr. P seems in a rush, didn't explain too much. He and other staff there are rude, even don't say sorry for my waiting!! ***UPDATE*** Had quite a poor overall experience with this doctor. He was not very upfront with what he could accomplish for me. I have had better experiences elsewhere. The procedure went smoothly, I just was not thrilled with the end result.
Dr. Sandy Pritchard is a very unprofessional doctor. He completed a Rhinoplasty for me two years ago which left my nose curved with a residual bump and two different profiles depending on which side of my nose you are looking at. I complained that I could not breath properly and that I was not completely satisfied with the surgery he had performed. He assured me for a year that he would complete a revision surgery if I was unhappy after it fully healed. A year and a half went by and he booked me in for a revision surgery as he promised. I requested to meet him before the surgery as I wanted to go over exactly what I was unhappy about. His assistant prepped everything for the surgery, paper work, surgery time and date etc. but could not find anytime for me to have a pre-surgery consultation until 24 hours before the surgery was supposed to take place. I was supposed to go in for surgery on a Friday at 9am and he was not able to meet me until 11 AM or so the Thursday before. During the consultation I explained what I wanted done, at this point he explained to me for "reasons that were not financial" (he must of mentioned it two or three times), he was not going to perform the surgery. He stated that another plastic surgeon he knows would be better able to meet my needs, especially if I was having trouble breathing. At this point, less than 24 hours before my surgery , I was obviously quite confused and upset with the handling of the entire situation. One must ask themselves, what kind of doctor cancels a surgery mere hours before an operation is supposed to take place. The weeks leading up to a surgery are quite nerve-wracking, and just like that the doctor informs you the day before the surgery that he is not going to do it. I think he should have learned in his schooling to inform his patients well before the surgery date if he was not going to perform an operation. The office apparently sent a referral to the other doctor, surprise surprise I never heard back from any other Dr. From the bottom of my heart, do not use Sandy Pritchard for any surgery for which you expect proper follow up care. He handled my entire situation poorly and unprofessionally and if it can be a learning experience for someone else, its worth my time to post this review.
