I am a mom of 2 awesome children both were c- sections. I gained alot with both pregnancies. Before pregnancy I was 128lbs 5'3, during pregnancy I was at or above 210lbs with both babies. I am 150 currently hoping to get down to 135lbs before surgery day. I have gone to 5 different doctors until I had my last appointment with this doctor. Finally found the doctor right for me. She was understanding that I had a million questions! I was not rushed to make any decision. I scheduled my appointment for a TT and a breast lift. I was in need for a breast lift because I previously had implants that were explanted about a year previously. They needed to be replaced 3 times in a 10 years span due to deflation. I decided it was best to remove them. I asked Dr. Wahhab what's he thought about fat injections and she explained that normally she uses on cancer patients but due to the removal of implants I would be a good candidate. I did more research no decided on no breast lift but added fat injections in breast. I am scheduled for December 20, 2017. I feel as though I have researched on this website so much, that I have pay it forward by writing a review. Updated on 24 Dec 2017: Day of surgery December 2017 I was extremely nervous and excited to have to procedure done. I felt like I could trust my doctor. She is always so genuine and explains exactly how it is. While being helped by nurses in the hospital that Dr. Wahhab works in, they reassured me that I they were to get is surgery, hey would have her do it. After, waking up from surgery, I was sick as usual. Surgery was planned or 3 1/2 hours. It took a while to come to. Once I was able to eat something, they sent me home. I remember ring in a lot of pain. Sleep, sleep, sleep... That's all I did surgery days to post op day1. Remember those pain meds are your best friend for right now. Updated on 24 Dec 2017: Day Day one postop was very painful. So I skip that day explanation yesterday and was a sleep all day. The pain was not as bad as yesterday, but I am still staying on top my pain medicines. Very hard to get up and down without the help of my husband. My husband had to go to work today for a few hours, so my mother-in-law stayed with me. I realized today that my left pump is not pumping very much blood out while my right is very active. I go to the doctor for a check up tomorrow and we'll see what she says. It is very hard to pee at times although I feel like I have to go. I am making myself get up and go. It's good for blood circulation. My had are extremely numb still. I am officially border out of my mind. Updated on 24 Dec 2017: My husband took me to Dr. Wahhab's office for my first check up. She said there was a lot of output on the left side so she will remove that suction tube. I could not feel it being removed unlike other girls on here who said it was unbearable. I didn't even know it was done. In addition we took off undergarments. I was able to see my belly button for the first time and my stitches. Holy swollen! The doctor said I could take a shower the next day after I remove the pain pump. What I am removing it !!?! She said it was so easy she thought that I could do it myself instead of coming into the office. I'll let you know how that goes tomorrow. I'm extremely itchy all of my body, she told me to take Benadryl that works well. I always forget to mention of boobs. I had fat transfer to my breast due to removal of breast implants. So far so good she said I did not have that much fat to remove therefore she only had about 500cc for both breast to use. I didn't want much so that looks like it worked out well. A lot might go back into the body let's hope it stays. Looking at my belly button now.... I am hoping it turns out normal. Updated on 24 Dec 2017: Today I removed the pain pump! You are probably thinking ...what are you talking about? Dr. Wahhab includes a pain pump in her surgery. Let me tell you if you have a different surgery make sure they have this. It's a big help on the pain. It was so easy to remove. Didn't even feel it. I am feeling good that I only have 1 tube sticking out of my body now. Pain level so high keeping up with the pain medicine starting to wean myself off of it though. I've had a lot of back pain I would say that's most of the pain that I'm feeling. My abs are sore and incision area is a little tingly but mostly it is my back. Intense back pain is how I would describe, it all your muscles in your back are tensed up. When in the shower I use a lanyard to hold the extra tubing. While in the shower you're back will hurt so bad. Most of my pain is in my back. Everything seems to be healing well though. The one thing that is a pain is the one piece binder that I have. It is a built in bra that goes down and you unhook the bottom to go to the bathroom. Sometimes it's hard to reconnect it. It is so snug tat it feels good to habit but pain to use bathroom or take off for the shower.
First, I am a nurse practitioner, so I obviously have a background in healthcare. I met with Dr. Wahhab, I lost a lot of weight and wanted a tummy tuck. I have also had a lot of fat in my inner thighs and wanted a thigh lift as well. At the consult she was very attentive and provided me with lots of information and a realistic view of what was surgically possible. I had met with two other surgeons, whom I liked, and were experienced, but the care on the consult from the physician to the office staff, I knew this was where I wanted to go. My operation went smoothly, Dr. wahhab was very attentive before hand and the surgical staff was great. I am now about 16 days post op and I am so amazed at my results! My stomach is FLAT! My thighs look great! I look proportional and she did an amazing job! I am glad I did this! Next is to get the top part tightened up (breast lift) and I am most definitely using Dr. Wahhab. I am glad that I used my intuition and healthcare connections to pick her. I wholeheartedly recommend her for surgical cosmetic procedures! Talented physician!
I am a 50 year old woman who always wanted my nose fixed as it was too large. I researched plastic surgeons and decided to choose her as she is a board certified physician.. I waited over a year to write this review as I was hoping over time, it would look better. It is distorted. One side is not even with the other and it looks deformed. One nostril is larger. The base of the nose is not even.... When I pointed it out to her, she initially said she could fix it... then she later said I would risk collapsing my nose for her to fix it... It looks awful and I am stressed every day looking at it... I now have to find someone to fix it and spend additional money to do so... I would not recommend her .
The only place thinner is my wallet. Did 5 hours. Some bruising & discomfort, but absolutely no change in body whatsoever. Don't waste your money. My before & after photos were identical. I don't have the photos. They do. I was so depressed after, that I couldn't even deal with writing this until now.
