Excellent bedside manner Informative Knowledgeable Pain free I had a keloid from a belly piercing, beneath the navel and after one treatment (site injection) the scar is completely gone!!! The procedure took about 10 minutes, I received a local anesthetic to prevent pain and then the scar was injected to flatten the scar. I had no pain during recovery and the scar tissue completely flattened within 10 weeks. I got another navel piercing above the navel this time and it did fine.

I was a little more sore than I thought I would be even though I was told to expect to be sore. I noticed bruising after the fourth day on my outer thighs. The procedure itself went smoothly and quicker than I thought it was. The staff were very helpful and explained to my family what care I needed for the rest of the weekend. It has been almost two weeks and I am starting to see results. I have been pleased with the entire process.
