Excellent bedside manner Informative Knowledgeable Pain free I had a keloid from a belly piercing, beneath the navel and after one treatment (site injection) the scar is completely gone!!! The procedure took about 10 minutes, I received a local anesthetic to prevent pain and then the scar was injected to flatten the scar. I had no pain during recovery and the scar tissue completely flattened within 10 weeks. I got another navel piercing above the navel this time and it did fine.

I was a little more sore than I thought I would be even though I was told to expect to be sore. I noticed bruising after the fourth day on my outer thighs. The procedure itself went smoothly and quicker than I thought it was. The staff were very helpful and explained to my family what care I needed for the rest of the weekend. It has been almost two weeks and I am starting to see results. I have been pleased with the entire process.
Great question! Without a picture it is hard to tell if you are a good candidate or if you need multiple treatments to get the effect you want. In our experience it can take up to three treatments to get a satisfactory result. In addition it is always important to keep in mind that this is an adjunctive therapy to a consistent diet and exercise program. This is a prescription treatment for trouble areas of fat and just like treating diabetes or any other medical problem patients must address the lifestyle issues at the same time. We offer free nutritional counseling along with our total treatment plan of usually 2-3 treatments and our patients achieve amazing results with this prescription. Also it can take up to 12 weeks to see the final results. I highly suggest addressing these issues with your provider as well.
The experience of pain with the sculpsure treatment is highly variable. Most of our patients have tolerated the pain without difficulty. We have only terminated one treatment as you described. I do not think your treatment with performed incorrectly. In our experience the second treatment is usually more tolerated than the first so I do think there is some pain effect due to the novelty of the experience. If you decide to go forward with your treatment some some light pre-medication. Good Luck!
The experience of pain during treatment is highly variable most people experience minimal soreness after the treatment. We have not treated anyone with chronic neuropathic pain and I would not recommend it. The chance of adding to a chronic pain problem is not worth the payoff. However if you are adamant about it I would do a test area with one plate and never treat in an area where you are experiencing chronic pain. Hope this helps!
There are really only two options: fat transfer and Bellafill. All the other fillers last one to two years at best. Fat transfer does not always take and can take multiple treatments. Bellafill is a reliable long-lasting filler that is good for some areas of the face but not all. With these longer lasting options it is important to find a provider that you are confident with provide an excellent result. I hope this helps good luck!
