Doctor Motakef is a FANTASTIC surgeon, I had an implant exchange saline to silicone with a breast lift and internal bra. I was initially sad about going from 700cc to 650cc but when it was explained to me that I was only going down a few tablespoons, I felt better. The Doctor also explained to me the outcome if I chose to go bigger, well I wasn’t down for ugly scarring so ultimately I felt confident about my decision.
