I am 1.5 years post deep plane lower facelift and necklift with Dr. Marshall. I wanted to wait this long for my review to give a true assessment. I would highly recommend Dr. Marshall. He is a brilliant artist and is so gifted in his expertise. His kind, calming demeanor was really important to me and gave me confidence about trusting him with such a big procedure. My very stubborn platysmal bands required a delicate revision, which he skillfully performed. I am so incredibly pleased that he did my surgery. The patient care from him and his staff was also excellent.

My recent mammoplasty (breast reduction), performed by Dr. Ryan Marshall, has changed my life. I am a small-framed, five-foot tall, 43-year old woman, and have suffered daily with chronic pain and complications for years, due to my G-Cup breasts. My breast size negatively limited me in many ways, both physically & emotionally. I suffered from deep-groove bra-strap dents on my shoulders, from the weight of my breasts, as well as frequent rashes, sores, and infections under and between my breasts. I could not shop at regular stores for bras or bathing suits. Shirts were even a problem. I had never worn a button-up shirt. I had never had a bra with less than 5 hooks. After surgery, I experienced immediate pain & tension relief in my neck, shoulders, and back, which feels incredible. I had the Myellevate procedure done with Dr. Marshall so far I’m about a week out and I’m so happy with the results already! From start to finish it was a great experience, the staff is so pleasant and Dr. Marshall is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and thorough letting me know what to expect during and after the procedure. It was done under local numbing and some gas and I didn’t feel a thing, after I had very minimal pain nothing ibuprofen and ice didn’t fix! My neck had always been a focus of mine and always wanted to get something done to help with the appearance and I’m so glad I did and I can’t wait to see the final end result!

Dr Marshall and his staff are amazing. I researched deep on medical forums to find the right plastic surgeon within a 5 hour radius from me and I am so glad I went with him. I did an implant exchange and internal bra and am 3 days post op and my boobs are so gorgeous. I was never happy with implants from a previous Dr and I am so glad I trusted Dr Marshall to do exactly what I wanted. Please do yourself a favor and get your consultation and procedure done by him and his office!

I had breast implant in 2001, and in 2017 I had them removed as I had saline implants and one of them had started leaking. After a great deal of thought I decided I wanted implant again. This time I went with silicone. I did a lot of research online and through “Real Self” website looking for a PS. I found several, my first consultation was with Dr Marshall in Asheville NC. I couldn’t have made a better choice. His team is amazing, friendly, answers your questions, very responsive, and Dr Marshall himself is incredible. Hands down amazing. My husband and I were very impressed with him. I told him that I didn’t want anything real big, that I wanted to look as natural as possible. I went with 325 CC over the muscle. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m just one week post-op today. I didn’t have any pain afterwards, the recovery process was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr Marshall. Updated on 13 Jun 2023: It’s been just a little over a week since my surgery and I feel amazing. My PS told me to start massaging my breast as soon as I felt comfortable and had no pain. I started massaging the day after surgery. They are soft and feel so natural. So happy with my results.

Great.... He is the most caring and understanding doctor, I've ever talked to. By the time surgery day came I was more relaxed than normal and ready to go... I didn't second guess my decision. After surgery the staff called me To check on me, and even Dr. Marshall called me... I was shocked that he took time to call me personally, I can't recall any doctor doing that... It made me feel even more relaxed and safe in his hands. I traveled 3 hours away just for him to do my surgery. The results are amazing, I feel whole again. I feel like a woman. Wish I lived closer.

Such a wonderful surgery experience! Everyone at Reveal is so nice and very compassionate. Dr. Marshall was amazing and made the surgery experience very calming. The whole Reveal staff is also great. As a 43-year-old woman with two cesarean children I have never been happy with my stomach since having several major surgeries. I tried for years to get the look I wanted with exercise and diet but could never get there. I decided to consider a tummy tuck and liposuction. Once I heard about Dr. Marshall I scheduled a consultation right away. After meeting with him and his fabulous team he went over all of his recommendations. I knew right then he was the one I wanted to do my surgery. Dr. Marshall performed my tummy tuck and liposuction to my thighs and flanks January 11. I had my procedure done at Haywood Regional Hospital. The experience I had at the hospital was one of the best that I have ever had there. After coming home the pain level was less than what I expected. It is more discomfort than pain. I had little drainage and was getting around fairly well by day four. I was able to have the drainage tubes removed on day eight. I am three weeks out and other than having on all of the compression and binders I feel about 75% back to normal. I can already see great results and would highly recommend having this procedure done by Dr. Marshall. I give this friendly and professional group 5+ stars.
