I had the Myellevate procedure done with Dr. Marshall so far I’m about a week out and I’m so happy with the results already! From start to finish it was a great experience, the staff is so pleasant and Dr. Marshall is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and thorough letting me know what to expect during and after the procedure. It was done under local numbing and some gas and I didn’t feel a thing, after I had very minimal pain nothing ibuprofen and ice didn’t fix! My neck had always been a focus of mine and always wanted to get something done to help with the appearance and I’m so glad I did and I can’t wait to see the final end result!

From my very first phone call with Patient Care Coordinator Olivia Clevenger, I knew this would be a personalized and supportive experience. When I arrived at the office for my consultation, I immediately felt like I wasn’t just another patient in line. Instead, they genuinely cared about my needs and respected my choices.

Meeting Dr. Ryan Marshall and the Surgical Manager and Patient Liaison Sonya Banks-Spears confirmed that I had found the right place for my procedure. They made me feel like I deserved to feel confident and beautiful in my skin, and they worked closely with me to plan my surgery, taking into account my busy schedule.

I am extremely happy with my breast augmentation results! I had minimal downtime and was back attending to my four children the very next day. The entire team at Revel Aesthetics has been incredibly inviting and helpful from day one. Every visit has made me feel welcomed, and even though I was nervous before surgery, they reassured me and helped calm my fears.

Dr Marshall and his staff are amazing. I researched deep on medical forums to find the right plastic surgeon within a 5 hour radius from me and I am so glad I went with him. I did an implant exchange and internal bra and am 3 days post op and my boobs are so gorgeous. I was never happy with implants from a previous Dr and I am so glad I trusted Dr Marshall to do exactly what I wanted. Please do yourself a favor and get your consultation and procedure done by him and his office!

I had breast implant in 2001, and in 2017 I had them removed as I had saline implants and one of them had started leaking. After a great deal of thought I decided I wanted implant again. This time I went with silicone. I did a lot of research online and through “Real Self” website looking for a PS. I found several, my first consultation was with Dr Marshall in Asheville NC. I couldn’t have made a better choice. His team is amazing, friendly, answers your questions, very responsive, and Dr Marshall himself is incredible. Hands down amazing. My husband and I were very impressed with him. I told him that I didn’t want anything real big, that I wanted to look as natural as possible. I went with 325 CC over the muscle. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m just one week post-op today. I didn’t have any pain afterwards, the recovery process was a breeze. I highly recommend Dr Marshall.

It’s been just a little over a week since my surgery and I feel amazing. My PS told me to start massaging my breast as soon as I felt comfortable and had no pain. I started massaging the day after surgery. They are soft and feel so natural. So happy with my results.

Great.... He is the most caring and understanding doctor, I've ever talked to. By the time surgery day came I was more relaxed than normal and ready to go... I didn't second guess my decision. After surgery the staff called me To check on me, and even Dr. Marshall called me... I was shocked that he took time to call me personally, I can't recall any doctor doing that... It made me feel even more relaxed and safe in his hands. I traveled 3 hours away just for him to do my surgery. The results are amazing, I feel whole again. I feel like a woman. Wish I lived closer.

Such a wonderful surgery experience! Everyone at Reveal is so nice and very compassionate. Dr. Marshall was amazing and made the surgery experience very calming. The whole Reveal staff is also great. At the front door you are greeted with smiles. If anyone is thinking about getting surgery by Dr. Marshall, do it you won’t regret it!

Kelley, Dr. Marshall and the whole team at reveal aesthetic are amazing! I've had lip fillers, Botox, CO2 Laser, Morpheus8 and IPL with Kelley. She is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I always love my results. The staff is always pleasant and the atmosphere is wonderful.

As a 43-year-old woman with two cesarean children I have never been happy with my stomach since having several major surgeries. I tried for years to get the look I wanted with exercise and diet but could never get there. I decided to consider a tummy tuck and liposuction. Once I heard about Dr. Marshall I scheduled a consultation right away. After meeting with him and his fabulous team he went over all of his recommendations. I knew right then he was the one I wanted to do my surgery. Dr. Marshall performed my tummy tuck and liposuction to my thighs and flanks January 11. I had my procedure done at Haywood Regional Hospital. The experience I had at the hospital was one of the best that I have ever had there. After coming home the pain level was less than what I expected. It is more discomfort than pain. I had little drainage and was getting around fairly well by day four. I was able to have the drainage tubes removed on day eight. I am three weeks out and other than having on all of the compression and binders I feel about 75% back to normal. I can already see great results and would highly recommend having this procedure done by Dr. Marshall. I give this friendly and professional group 5+ stars.

This was truly the BEST experience. I am a healthy 42 year old mom. I have had thick thighs my entire life (genetic predisposition).

I eat clean, workout and live a super healthy active life but haven’t been able to get rid of the layer of fat over it. Dr. Marshall and his team FINALLY got rid of it. The vaser liposuction with bodytite in the office was super easy. We chatted and laughed the entire time. It was amazing to not have to go under general anesthesia…I am sore today but other than that feel amazing! This staff is TOP Notch and make you feel so at ease. I highly recommend this amazing place!

Excellent! Dr. Marshall and his wonderful staff go above and beyond. My liposuction was very emotional for me. I have hated my “pointy” hips my whole life. I’m a 43 year old, post menopausal, 5’8” and 280 lbs. I have been on the yoyo diet and exercising roller coaster for most of my life.

Going to the gym (no matter what size I was) was always embarrassing because my hips came to a very noticeable “point”. I always felt disfigured. It’s day two post op and I already LOVE the results! Even though I am swollen I already feel curvy instead of pointy. I cannot thank Dr. Marshall and his fabulous staff enough!
