When I first came to see Dr. Torabi it was for a consultation to do a reconstruction revision from having a double mastectomy. He and the medical assistant took their time and answered my questions. I emailed the MA with a ton of questions and Dr. Torabi found time to call me and have a conversation about my concerns. The staff is very welcoming and supportive. Dr. Torabi did a fantastic job to help me regain my confidence, and to correct what my original surgeon would not or could not correct. The office is a busy one, but the care and bedside manner that the staff and Dr. Torabi provides is worth the wait.
I had my surgery July 2019, during my consultation dr. Torabi gave me his complete attention and helped me understand all the risk and benefits, the ladies in his office are so nice and helpful. I had a complete mommy make over and I am completely in love with my outcome and will definitely be referring other patients to his practice.
I live in AZ it is super Hot which leads to a lot of sweat. unfortunately dry heat still causes very wet sweat. I have a closet full of blue/red/grey shirts that up until this point would only wear in the winter to avoid "pitting out". As a test I wore one of my favorite blue shirts to the office the day of procedure to see how much sweat I would accumulate on driving then waiting for the process. It was a lot to say the least armpits were dark blue and that color pretty much went half way down my side. Pretty embarrassing, it has been 3 weeks since the procedure wore the same shirt to work not a spec of sweat in my armpits all day. You have to remember this is monsoon season out here highs in the 10-112'F all week with high humidity at times due to rain..and still no sweat!!! Amazing!!!! To top it off I have not had to wear deodorant for 3 weeks not a complaint from anyone including my better half; and believe me, she would say something if I needed it!! The procedure itself was pretty much pain free, recovery was the same. The first couple of days were a little uncomfortable as my underarms were swollen and a little raw to the touch, which can be hard given the area and arm movement when walking etc but after two days pretty much pain free. It has been 3 weeks and the armpit area is still swollen but going down gradually every day. If you feel like you have a sweating problem, won't wear certain colored clothes, etc I highly recommend this procedure!! A couple days of mild pain and a few weeks of swollen armpits are bearable for a lifetime without worrying about "pitting out" as my friends have dubbed my problem over the years. Hope your procedure goes as well as mine!!! If in AZ I highly recommend Dr. Torabi at Elite Plastic Surgery ( N.Scottsdale) ..Great Doc...superb staff.
I just wanted to get rid of little stomach fat. I went in surgery center at 10:30 am didn't get out of there till 11:00 pm. ( closes at 6 pm ). Every time I wake up I begged to go home, my eye was scratched or something, because it burn so bad, I couldn't keep my eyes opened, tear won't stop dripping down... The anesthetist tells me " Don't worry about the eyes I will send you home with a couple of bottles visine. "There's 2 Nurses kept on handing me bags, and want me to threw up, I must threw up like 6 times, and Nurses were looking for something inside the bag. When I wanted to use the bathroom They just watched me, so I asked for help. Then the anesthetist told me to pee where I was standing middle of the hallway, so I did standing up.I was so embarrassed. Meantime my ride's been outside waiting for me since 3 pm. They totally stop communicating with her. I don't know what happened. Only information I got is from the anesthetist was telling my ride and my bf that they should of have never went for it... I got home I noticed my whole body looks like I got hit by semi truck. I was black & purple everywhere with excruciating pain.It's going on 5 months & not much has changed. Now I got nerve pain too. I still have bruises & I look like nightmare. I told them that I wanted to die! Every day is hell! Because the pain & the way I look... It would of been better off, if never had it done. Updated on 27 Jul 2022: Hello, Everybody, anybody Who is looking to get any type of liposuction... Do not go to the TORABI PLASTIC SURGERY!. I can't even give you all the names they use for the their practices, I wish I saw the reviews before I went to the ELITE PLASTIC SURGERY. A year ago. I won't be crying everyday. I have different kind of Dr's appointments once a every 2 weeks for the health issues DR. TORABI cost me. and I already seen a few different plastic surgeons who specialize in liposuctions, and they can't help me. I have another appointment today. I wish I could go back to may 10, 2021. Monday 12:30 pm. I will run like if my life was dependent on it. Money I spent, I could of bought a car. I was wearing a size 5 before the surgery almost cost my life now the only type of clothes I can put on is maternity dresses. Now I need to buy size 9 to 10 . I wish I could lay out at pool again. Not to mention that I'm seeing a psychiatrist for PTSD. Just writing this I'm having a very bad anxiety. Updated on 19 Nov 2022: NOW I AM PERMENTLY DISFIGURED, CAN'T ABLE TO WORK, WEAR SIZE 10 NOW FROM SIZE 5 ON TOP OF THAT DR. ROZBEH TORABI JUST ABANDONED ME. DIDN'T KEEP PROMISES THAT HE WILL FIX HIS ERRORS. I NEVER BEN PREGNANT.
In my opinion and that of other medical professionals He botched my Vaser lipo and my renuvion. You will see by the pictures. He took out too much fat and he did it in areas of no adherence he was too aggressive and in my opinion based on how my body looks and the pain I am in , He didn't know what he was doing. I went to 3 plastic surgeons ands they all told me, " I can't help you, call a lawyer" I saw him countless times after and he wouldn't do anything to help me, On my last visit he told me to get a tummy tuck. I have a witness and a recording.
