53 year old in need of eyelid surgery

After many years of considering eyelid surgery for my lower lids, I now have a lot of loose skin on my upper lids and so have been back and forth about which to do first because I am unable for various reasons to do both at the same time. I had a bad experience with fillers in the tear trough area and so am extremely hesitant at this point to have lower lids done and have decided to proceed with a conservative upper bleph. I'll be going to an occuloplastic doctor in the DC suburbs. I'm scheduled for 2/17. Very nervous but eye lids are very heavy and hoping this will improve my appearance some even though my lower lids are probably just as bad. Updated on 7 Feb 2017: I am adding 3 photos. You can see the heaviness in both of my upper lids especially in the corners. As mentioned in my initial post, my lower lids are in need of work too but starting with upper lids and hoping that will be an improvement for the time being.
