Everyone has facial asymmetry, there are surgical and non-surgical options to address these issues.  A personal consultation is the best option to decide the best plan.

Botulinum toxin (Botox) has a variable onset in different patients.  Typically changes are noted between 3 and 7 days, however full effect can take 10-14 days.

Botulinum toxin (Botox) typically has it's maximal effect at 10-14 days.  If asymmetry persists beyond this time it is best to revisit your physician and discuss options.  Typically these asymmetries can be addressed with additional, appropriately placed botulinum toxin injections.

Restylane, Juvederm, and the other Hyaluonic Acid Gel fillers will eventually be broken down and absorbed by the body over time.  An enzyme called hyaluronidase, however, can be injected to speed this process.
