Always was told I looked young for my age and have always took very good care of my skin and myself in general. Have used Retin A since my mid thirties; always use sunscreen. Have also added a derma roller, a little facial exercise, and an at home LED light to my arsenal in the last couple years. And have been using dermal filler here and there to plump out wrinkles since age 51. Have maintained stable weight (only weigh 10 lbs more than in my 20's and was kinda skinny then!) But no matter what, you can do everything "right", but gravity finally takes over. I first became aware of my falling neckline by a profile view pic taken by my sister (thanks sis! lol!) with a waddle under my chin in plain sight! Had been aware that things were a little looser than they used to be, but this turkey gobbler! Oh no! Then there were those few horrid looking down selfies than finally convinced me that the time for more extreme measures had finally arrived. I'd also realized my brows were drooping! My eyeliner barely showed anymore! ...I chose Dr. Warren as he had previously done some liposuction on my tummy/ thighs in my early 50's with excellent result. I also know 2 other women who had face lifts done by him a few years ago, and I'd liked what I'd seen--natural looking but refreshed; a better version of them. Also, his incisions are amazing. I asked my one friend if I could check out hers prior to my surgery as I was a little nervous about possible visible scars as I wear my hair up a lot. I had trouble finding any on her even under close inspection! And I can tell mine will be just as hard to find once they fade. Dr. Warren uses only sutures, not stables, which I believe probably makes a difference. And puts as many in the hairline as possible. It is not yet a month since my surgery, and I am able to wear my hair up again already with just a tiny bit of make-up over the scars. Totally not noticeable, and I am very particular. Huge improvement to my jawline, lateral brow lift has opened my eyes once again, and the turkey neck is gone! ...His office is immaculate; the staff friendly and professional. The surgery itself was done without anesthesia in his office surgical suite. Totally painless except for some slight discomfort from the numbing injections. Given xanax beforehand to relax me. Really remember almost nothing of the procedure... Also, Dr. Warren will never do anything he doesn't think you need. I had asked him if I was ready for a face lift about 5 yrs. ago, and at that time he told me that I wasn't ready. I feel he gave me an excellent price (maybe partly because I was a previous patient). And his office takes Care Credit which I used. I am convinced Dr. Warren is absolutely honest and will never perform a procedure just to make money. He is also extremely kind, caring, and listens to all concerns. Wonderful bedside manner. Very, very pleased.
If you need boobs, don't go to anyone else than Dr. Warren. I had many biopsies in my 20s & 30s that eventually led to getting bilateral implants. Around the 10 year mark they had capsulated so badly, they were hard as a rock. When I needed another biopsy, my breast doc (one of the best in Philly, Ann Rosenberg) referred me to Dr. Warren and insisted that they be replaced as opposed to being taken out for good. I didn't want electric boobs that were in your face --- I just wanted to feel like a non-disfigured woman that didn't look like I had issues. Dr. Warren & my husband helped me pic out a reasonable size for my body that wouldn't get in the way of exercising, etc. He also placed them back in the pocket & again under my muscle to enable future biopsies if necessary. The end result???? At age 44, I had the most natural looking boobs that felt so real, I myself would not have known they were fake. Honestly, after being cut open so many times in life, I still can not figure out how he was able to make them feel like natural tissue, especially since most of my fat was removed over the years. Also, I had no scar tissue like the prior implant surgery gave me. In fact, I have to look really hard to find the incisions. Dr. Ron is a miracle worker, has the best disposition & most importantly will tell you the honest truth about whether a procedure will give you the desired result, even if it means he looses business. If you have had breast issues or are just needing some type of improvement, DON'T GO TO ANYONE ELSE THAN DR WARREN.
I had a breast augmentation from him and everything from the first appointment to my last followup I felt fully taken care of. The staff is wonderful and very friendly, Dr Warren spent time answering all my questions in person. I now get botox in my armpits from him every year to stop sweating. So glad I choose him to be my Dr.!!!
Dr. Warren and his team are superb. ! I went for a consultation and I knew right away I liked and his work and professional disposition. Then after a few intense weeks of research on him and his qualifications, I found him to be my doctor, I went for consultations in two states. I chose Dr. Warren I had a mid-face lift and fat transfers to cheeks . His work, along with his bed side manner are more then I could of asked for . I highly recommend Dr. Warren. TD
I'm so nervous. I've wanted a tummy tuck since my last child was born. I never ever thought I would do it. After exercising and dieting for over 12 years the time has come for me to feel and look good for me. I very very nervous. I'm worried about the recovery time. I am having a tummy tuck with lipo of the flanks and thighs and a Brest lift with implants and lipo of the bra strap line. . I am giving myself 2 weeks of resting and walking only. By week 3 I'm hopping to be out and about and at a wedding on day 24 . By week 6 I'm hoping to fly to an important event I must attend. I have all my supplies along with a walker, grip stick, raised toilet seat, meds, Tylenol, gauze pads and tape. I am spending one night in the hospital. I started taking vita medics recovery program 2 weeks before my surgery. I have about 10 lbs I would still like to lose but the day is here whether it's gone or not. I plan on drinking a liquid diet of just protein shakes on pre op day and clear liquids post op so I have chicken broth, jello, popsicles and apple sauce. I told my family I need bland food day 3 and 4 so I have chicken available and sweet potatoes along with lots of vegetables and fruit in the house. Updated on 12 May 2017: Put on a high waisted shaper and tried on some clothes. Getting really excited to see this look on an every day basis. Still nervous but so excited to fast forward to postop week 3 or 4. Updated on 14 May 2017: Really nervous on Mother's Day today. Know I'll be so happy but praying there are no complications!! I can do this! I will get through the recovery and feel great!! Updated on 17 May 2017: Wow, I already can see the difference under the CG. When I came in to the surgical center I met the Director of Nursing. She had a TT by Dr Warren in November. She looked great. She stills wears a CG that she purchased. She did that because with pushing and pulling of patients all day she is being proactive. I have a PCA and a pain pump directly to the sutures inside. I'm very thankful for this. Although my pain is only a 4 I can tell I would be much higher then that if I didn't have these. It hurts to pull up in bed or roll over. I had lipo of my thighs and under my arms plus a Brest lift with implants. I fall in and out of sleep. I'm glad I opted to stay overnight. He hospital bed makes it a little easier and I had IV fluids all night to flush out the anesthesia. I still haven't gotten out of bed. I have a foley cath in which is great. I not have o get up to go to the bathroom. I've only had clear liquids so far. I'll try solids today before I go home. I'm following all the doctors orders. Resting and drinking for now. Praying for a quick healthy recovery and I've already started it. Updated on 17 May 2017: The pain is real, it's hard to move up and on the bed. It's not bad at all when I'm not moving or when I'm walking. I am using my pain button. I found out that I'm allergic to keflex. Thank heavens I stayed overnight. It didn't get bad or noticeable till during the 3rd dose. My throats swelled up and I was itching all over. They prescribed me a z-pack for home. Already the results look great!! Dr Warren came to visit and he was just as excited as I was. He said the women in the OR were excited for me. The director of nursing in the surgical center md several other nurses came to visit me too. Dr Warren said I cold shower tomorrow. He gave me his number and said to call if I had anything questions or concerns at all. I'm leaving the hospital in about 30 minutes with no drains at all. I have a follow up appointment next week. Updated on 18 May 2017: Well yesterday was rough. Very difficult to get into and out of recliner. Made it through the night for 4 hours without going to the bathroom. This morning was easier although I still got out of the recliner careful. Don't know if it's getting easier or just pain meds. Either way still moving very slowly today. Will shower and change CG. From what I can see it looks amazing!! Updated on 19 May 2017: I feel so much better. I cut my pain meds to 1 every 4 hours plus 1 Tylenol. I showered and took of my impression garment. I was really afraid to take it off. I thought all my skin would fall out, I know crazy. It looks really good. My stomach is flat although I'm very swollen. My breasts need to settle in. I look like I have 2 sets of breasts due o the inflammation of my pecs. Dr Warren was correct, he did say I would feel much better on day 4 but Day 3 isn't to bad. I had no drains and removed the internal pain pump. I get up every hour or 2 and walk round for about 5 minutes. I was wearing compressions socks but took them off. I will put them back on tonight. I haven't gone to the bathroom yet and am a little afraid to bear down. Dr Warren said unless I'm constipated not to worry. I haven't eaten a lot and I am passing gas. I am drinking 2 glasses of water with Metamucil a day plus 2-3 coconut waters and a lot of water. So far so good!! I'm happy!!!!!. Updated on 21 May 2017: Results look better every day. I am happy but this is a serious operation the first week. I showered and had my hair washed today. I felt great. By noon I was very uncomfortable and laid down. I took 1pain pill and 1 Tylenol prior to shower at 9:30am. No meds since. It's now 1:30 and I am getting up for a few hours.
