My experience with Dr Rohrich and his team was exceptional. I had a DPFL/NL, Upper & Lower Blephs, and Ultraclear Laser 4 months ago. From the outset, I felt a sense of trust and calm that stayed with me throughout the entire process. There is a refined level of care that is thoughtful, discreet, and deeply attentive which made all the difference. I always felt comfortable, informed, respected and in highly capable hands. The results feel incredibly natural and well balanced, a testament to his experienced nuanced approach to facial work. I recently saw a college friend who exclaimed, “you look so natural and just like yourself 15 years ago”. This is exactly the result I wanted and I waited until I found the perfect surgeon!! I would confidently recommend this practice.

Dr. Rohrich and his staff were over the top when it came to their flexibility and helpfulness on scheduling and rescheduling my appt. The promptness in which they responded to all my questions and attended to my needs were beyond what I feel the wrd impressive covers. My surgical results were amazing to my husband and myself. I am 55 years old and 10 days out from facelift/chin lift surgery. I can with all honestly say that I look 20 years younger. I feel more like my old self when I look in the mirror. My face is not black, blue or yellow. There is a mild discoloration iaround the eyes that is healing but beyond that and some obvious and expected swelling that still has to go down, my face looks completely healed. I will have the last of my stitches out in 3 days and in another 11 days after that I’m attending a very prominent black tie event for Mardi Gras and will be riding a float in the parade. And I can do so knowing that my face is going to look absolutely amazing and no one on that float is going to be able to look at me and say ,”She had a facelift.”All they are gonna know is that I look fantastic! I began researching doctors about a year ago for who I wanted to do my first and LAST revision rhinoplasty. I came across Dr. Rohrich and scheduled a consult. After consulting with him I didn’t have a question in my mind he’s who I had to have. The rest of the process was seamless. His office staff were so kind and responsive with pre/post-op instructions, payments and more. My surgery was 10/30. I wasn’t even slightly nervous, just excited! The OR team made me feel incredibly at ease. Dr Rohrich came in, we reviewed the plan again, and we were off! Immediately out of surgery and coming off anesthesia, I was already breathing better. Recovery was truly not bad. You get all the tools and instructions to give you the best recovery process possible. Im now on week 3 and swelling is subsiding quickly and I am just feeling so excited about how this man’s beautiful work is shaping up. I am so grateful I chose him. Worth EVERY penny to have it done correctly and beautifully, still look like me, and be breathing normally again.

Choose Dr Rohrich after a terrible primary rhino (different surgeon). Made the trip from Coloado to Dallas to have this surgery. The Dr and his team were helpful throughout the experience of my complex secondary rhino. I am only 7 days post op and very swollen, but see the great results already. Cant wait to see the full in a year! Updated on 2 Dec 2025: Im contining to heal and still swollen but very happy with the results! I had a sinus infection a week after surgery and the doctor called me to check on my condition before I flew back home. The staff made sure I had the antibiotics I needed before I left. I was appreciative of his and his staff's concern. The antibiotics did the trick and I felt better.

Dr. Rohrich is truly remarkable at his craft. I had my primary and revision rhinoplasty with him. I would choose no one else to touch my nose. He is kind, attentive, listens to your concerns, and most of all, he delivers. He is the best rhinoplasty surgeon in the game :)

From my consultation appt. he immediately understood my facial features and was able to identify my functional and cosmetic concerns with my nose and his wonderful bedside manner made a lasting impression. Every post op appt. has been nothing short of a great experience and I'm always leaving with positivity and reassurance. I had a septo/rhinoplasty and he transformed my nose in the best way possible. Revision Nose Expert – Dr. Rod is Elite! Dr. Rod is truly in the Elite class. Revision rhinoplasty is his specialty. He corrected all of my issues: deviation, bulbous tip, drooping, wide bridge, and more, a total of seven concerns. On top of that, he asked me what three things I personally wanted: 1. Masculine preservation 2. A medium front and side profile (not pointy or overly long) 3. A nose that harmonizes with my face and blends naturally I love his technique and natural approach. His changes are subtle, refined, and tailored. If you want a completely different nose or a dramatic transformation, look elsewhere. But if you want your nose fixed the right way (not someone else’s nose put on your face), Dr. Rod is the best choice. If you are looking for an expert, a true master in his class then look no further. I don’t usually write reviews at all but I felt completely compelled after the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Rohrich and his team. I flew out here to see dr Rohrich for a facial fat transfer to do volume loss from years of smoking, stress and post recovery from an eating disorder. I’m 27. I gave my body time to heal but I knew I needed at little support. Cue dr Rohrich and his team! I did a lot of research to find him and I am so beyond glad I did. This is a delicate procedure and you NEED to go to a true expert. And that he is- This is the surgeon that other surgeons go to to get their work done. This procedure was life changing for me. He is the real deal y’all, if you haven’t listened to his podcast or read some of his published studies I would Really highly recommend you check those out. From start to finish his team made me feel completely safe, heard and supported, especially Dr. Rohrich. His bedside manner is excellent. I had some fear around looking over filled or fake but he quelled my fears and I promise when you are with a master in the field like dr rohrich you are in great hands. His results are NATURAL. I am so beyond thriller. We put fat in my under eye, nasiolabial folds, temples, marionette lines and glabella. It’s so much better than filler. It was the perfect subtle natural enhancement. All that to say I will be flying back out here if I am ever in need of another surgery- thank you dr Rohrich. God bless you and you entire team
