Best experience possible!! Had original rhinoplasty 10 years ago and was never satisfied with result. That was college and young adulthood that I was not satisfied with the way I look. Dr Rohrich could not have produced a better result. His team is incredibly professional and you will feel it as soon as you check in. May be pricey but anything beats 10 years of regret. Do whatever is needed but don’t cut any corners with your core facial feature.

I want to share my rhinoplasty journey from 2023 with Dr. Rod Rohrich that reshaped both my nose and perspective on beauty. As someone with mixed Filipino and African American heritage, I've navigated different beauty standards throughout my life.

Growing up in California, I felt my wider nose didn't quite align with either of my cultural backgrounds. After finishing graduate school and securing my first professional position, I decided to explore rhinoplasty – something I'd considered since my teens.

My research led me to various surgeons, including Dr. Rod Rohrich. I found numerous Dr. Rod Rohrich reviews online that highlighted his expertise in ethnic rhinoplasty. While I did come across some bad reviews for Dr. Rohrich, his overall reputation and specialized knowledge impressed me. I scheduled a consultation to form my own opinion.

Dr. Rohrich's office staff was professional and thorough. During our meeting, he demonstrated genuine understanding of the unique considerations for patients with mixed ethnic backgrounds. He explained how he could refine my nose while respecting my heritage, which gave me confidence to proceed.

I traveled to Dallas for the procedure. The facility was modern and comfortable, and Dr. Rohrich reviewed my goals once more before surgery. He listened attentively and seemed committed to achieving the balanced result I wanted.

Recovery went generally as expected, though the initial reveal was surprising – as it often is with rhinoplasty. When the bandages came off, my nose looked dramatically different, but the staff reassured me that swelling would subside gradually.

As months passed, my nose settled into its new shape. The result is a good balance – more refined and harmonious with my facial features, while still connecting to my heritage. The bridge has more definition now, which I appreciate, though it's somewhat more prominent than I initially envisioned.

For others considering rhinoplasty, especially those from diverse backgrounds, I recommend finding surgeons with extensive experience with patients of your ethnicity. Be very specific about which features you want to preserve and enhance.

Two years post-surgery, I've grown to appreciate my results. While there are small aspects I might have chosen differently, overall Dr. Rohrich achieved a balanced outcome that respects my ethnic features while providing the refinement I sought.

This experience has been valuable not just for the physical changes but for the perspective it's given me on beauty standards and self-acceptance. I've learned that surgical results, like most things in life, may not be perfect, but can still be worthwhile and satisfying.

Searched for two years a surgeon for rhinoplasty. Went to 4 other doctors for consultation. Based on number of procedures done by Dr Rohrich, the natural results, his experience and expertise, decided to go with him. What a great decision it was!!! I’m two weeks post op and loving my nose. He was also available to my questions after the surgery and provided his personal number, he actually FaceTime me to answer a certain question. Thank you Dr Rohrich.

I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer from my inner thighs to my face and a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. I think I look completely natural and Dr. Rohrich did precisely what I asked him to do. The results exceeded my high expectations and Dr. Rohrich is such a super cool, positive person with a very confident and soothing demeanor which is extremely important when you're doing something as scary (for me) as this. I was surprised that although there was certainly some discomfort at various time, there was almost no pain post-op. I never even needed to take my pain meds! Maybe I was just lucky? Not sure. In any case, I am SO glad I did this! I have spent decades looking at myself in the mirror and in photos, wishing I could change these things about myself. Well now I have and it's awesome! If you have wanted to change something about your appearance like I have, I would recommend you do a lot of research on your doctor and make sure they specialize in what it is you want done. Then, when you're very confident you've found the right doctor, just go ahead and do it!

Phenomenal doctor! Super nice, superbly skilled, and personable. He does amazing work. So glad I used and trusted him to do a surgery on my face. I was so nervous to have this surgery done, especially since the result is very visible and I am young. After searching I came across Dr. Rohrich’s credentials and reputation. Which is the best thing I could’ve hoped for. He definitely lives up to his reputation, to say the least. Not to mention his amazing team that are not only very efficient at their jobs, but have great communication, nice, and etc. Overall if you have an important facial surgery or any plastic surgery in general I would definitely recommend Dr. Rohrich and his team!

Dr. Rohrich is the real deal. He’s an expert at taking 10-15 years off your face, while not changing your basic look. My Mother and my Sister are unaware that I had this work done, and they both have said “you look great”, wondering if I had changed my hairstyle or am using different skin care and make-up. You can trust Dr. Rohrich and his process! I am so very grateful for everything he’s done. An added bonus is the post-surgery skin care treatments that are included!

I recently had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Rohrich and I am extremely thrilled with the results. He is an excellent surgeon with a talented team. During our virtual consultation, he listened to my concerns and provided his expert feedback. After the consultation, I felt comfortable to book the surgery.

When I met him in person, he was very caring and took the time to go over again what my concerns were. Although I did not know the technical terms, I described in my own words what I thought would be the ideal nose for my face and referenced photos of his other patients to help describe what I was looking for.

He incorporated these slight modifications to what we had initially discussed during the virtual consultation and gave me the perfect nose – the actual results are even better than the initial imaging I had received. I cannot be happier with the results.

Dr. Rohrich is an extremely talented and detailed surgeon but he is also very down to earth and humble. I had to keep reminding myself that I was speaking to a world-renowned plastic surgeon because you forget given how comfortable he makes you feel. Reading other people’s reviews helped me pick Dr. Rohrich and hope this review helps someone else make their decision. He is worth the wait.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Rohrich and the entire process. I had a prior rhinoplasty several years ago outside of the US with an unfavorable result. Despite having problems with this original surgery, I have been carefully looking for years for a surgeon that I believed had the aesthetics that were aligned with my wishes, the talent (experience and ability) to achieve this result, and someone that I trusted. I was treated with the utmost kindness and care by Dr. Rohrich and his staff. They were extremely informative and thorough from the initial consultation and through the entire process and even now, almost 5 weeks after surgery, loving my result, they check on my progress, periodically.
