If you are looking for an expert, a true master in his class then look no further. I don’t usually write reviews at all but I felt completely compelled after the wonderful experience I had with Dr. Rohrich and his team. I flew out here to see dr Rohrich for a facial fat transfer to do volume loss from years of smoking, stress and post recovery from an eating disorder. I’m 27. I gave my body time to heal but I knew I needed at little support. Cue dr Rohrich and his team! I did a lot of research to find him and I am so beyond glad I did. This is a delicate procedure and you NEED to go to a true expert. And that he is- This is the surgeon that other surgeons go to to get their work done. This procedure was life changing for me. He is the real deal y’all, if you haven’t listened to his podcast or read some of his published studies I would Really highly recommend you check those out. From start to finish his team made me feel completely safe, heard and supported, especially Dr. Rohrich. His bedside manner is excellent. I had some fear around looking over filled or fake but he quelled my fears and I promise when you are with a master in the field like dr rohrich you are in great hands. His results are NATURAL. I am so beyond thriller. We put fat in my under eye, nasiolabial folds, temples, marionette lines and glabella. It’s so much better than filler. It was the perfect subtle natural enhancement. All that to say I will be flying back out here if I am ever in need of another surgery- thank you dr Rohrich. God bless you and you entire team

A successful result is truly a team effort, and your role in that journey is just as important. I also consulted with Dr. Rohrich about a mini facelift, and he candidly told me I didn’t need one. That level of honesty and ethical integrity is rare and incredibly refreshing. Unfortunately, not all surgeons are as conscientious, and some may agree to perform unnecessary procedures without considering your individual needs or overall well-being. If I could give Dr. Rohrich ten stars, I absolutely would. It has been an honor to be his patient. But the anesthesiologist was amazing—she walked me through everything and made me feel completely safe and comfortable right before surgery. Best experience possible!! Had original rhinoplasty 10 years ago and was never satisfied with result. That was college and young adulthood that I was not satisfied with the way I look. Dr Rohrich could not have produced a better result. His team is incredibly professional and you will feel it as soon as you check in. May be pricey but anything beats 10 years of regret. Do whatever is needed but don’t cut any corners with your core facial feature.

Searched for two years a surgeon for rhinoplasty. Went to 4 other doctors for consultation. Based on number of procedures done by Dr Rohrich, the natural results, his experience and expertise, decided to go with him. What a great decision it was!!! I’m two weeks post op and loving my nose. I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty with fat transfer from my inner thighs to my face and a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. I think I look completely natural and Dr. Rohrich did precisely what I asked him to do. The results exceeded my high expectations and Dr. Rohrich is such a super cool, positive person with a very confident and soothing demeanor which is extremely important when you're doing something as scary (for me) as this. I was surprised that although there was certainly some discomfort at various time, there was almost no pain post-op. I never even needed to take my pain meds! Maybe I was just lucky? Not sure. In any case, I am SO glad I did this! I have spent decades looking at myself in the mirror and in photos, wishing I could change these things about myself. Well now I have and it's awesome! If you have wanted to change something about your appearance like I have, I would recommend you do a lot of research on your doctor and make sure they specialize in what it is you want done. Then, when you're very confident you've found the right doctor, just go ahead and do it!

Phenomenal doctor! Super nice, superbly skilled, and personable. He does amazing work. So glad I used and trusted him to do a surgery on my face. I was so nervous to have this surgery done, especially since the result is very visible and I am young. After searching I came across Dr. Rohrich’s credentials and reputation. Which is the best thing I could’ve hoped for. He definitely lives up to his reputation, to say the least. Not to mention his amazing team that are not only very efficient at their jobs, but have great communication, nice, and etc. Overall if you have an important facial surgery or any plastic surgery in general I would definitely recommend Dr. Rohrich and his team!
