Yes, bruising/swelling can occur, even days after the injections. If the bruises are related to the injections, they should resolve over the next few days. Bruises can be treated with 532nm (nanometer) laser, if you'd like a faster fix. Hopefully, the physician that treated you has the laser as an option.
